Exact age of menopause is difficult to predict. At 45 years, you should not ignore any abnormal bleeding. We must look for the cause of bleeding (whether any other cause, apart from fibroid) and then treat that cause.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Hello dry skin simply means it needs hydration. Internally and externally. -start drinking more water. -consume foods that have high water content like water melon, cucumber, orange etc. This will give your body more hydration resulting in a less dry skin. -keep your skin moisturized wherever you feel dryness. -avoid aloe vera moisturisers as they are bit dry. -use the ones with shea butter or cocoa butter that keep your skin from getting dry fast. -you can also oil your skin with coconut oil before bath to cure dryness.

Tips for good night 1. Sleep as much as you need to feel rested; do not oversleep. Many a time’s people have a habit of oversleeping on weekends and sleeping less on working days. In the long run such habit may interfere with your sleep cycle and your quality of sleep may get affected. 2. Quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Some sleep for just 3-4 hours and remain fresh throughout the day where as others sleep 8-10 hours and yawn throught the day. 3. Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily, ideally 4-5 hours before your bedtime. 4. Keep a regular sleep and awakening schedule. As far as possible stick on to the fixed time for retiring and rising. 5. Do not drink caffeinated beverages later than 4 PM (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.). 6. Do not smoke, especially in the evening. 7. Do not go to bed hungry and do not go to the bed immediately after heavy dinner. 8. Adjust the environment in the room (lights, temperature, noise etc.) The room you are sleeping should not be too warm, shouldn’t have some bright light. 9. Wear comfortable clothing when you go to bed. Sleeping with tight fitting clothing may affect your sleep. 10. Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. 11. A light snack may be sleep-inducing, but a heavy meal too close to bedtime interferes with sleep. 12. Milk contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which has been shown in research to help people go to sleep. 13. Take a warm bath half an hour before going to bed. 14. Listen to light music in the evening hours or just before going to the bed. Listening to exciting music may interfere your quality of sleep. 15. Sleep with your head facing north (magnetic) and feet facing south. 16. Don’t read very interesting and thrilling books just before going to bed. Your mind may remain active for long time and you may have difficulty in initiating sleep. 17. Yoga and Pranayama may help in inducing sleep. Homoeopathic management of Insomnia: Many a times Insomnia is due to faulty methods adopted by the person which interferes with the sleep cycle. Few Insomniacs have some psychological and behavioral problems which need to be tackled medically. Hi, consult a sexologist for using it. But can recommend you homoeopathic medicine and exercise which is very very safe to take. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened!

Hair loss, thinning hair or baldness is termed as Alopecia. Alopecia areata means "hair loss in areas". Causes:: Genetic factors, family history, overall aging process, normal life variations including temporary severe stress, illness, nutritional changes, hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause a reversible hair loss. 1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Take homeopathic remedy lycopodium 200 and acid phos 200 with that apply bakson arnica hair oil and arnica shampoo. Hi ajay Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine.
