Have you ever felt pain in your great toe or may be ankle/foot/knee/heel/wrist/elbow which was intially in one joint and over the time involved other joints too. Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. A physiotherapist can show you how to do them properly. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your condition. Bet wishes.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

If it is just a mild type of stretch, then you can do ice packs at home, gentle anti inflammatory medication, analgesic spray like dynapar qps spray for local application, abstain from lifting heavy weights with affected hand and start physical therapy with ultrasonics and laser for 7-10 days. Hello dear, you seem to have strained your back. Take bed rest, mild analgesics (paracetamol), fomentations, pillows under the knees while lying. Later do back strengthening exercises.

Hello sir, I agreed with the lybrate-user. Kalyani's advice but I want to add one more important point in that and thats 1) try to avoid long standing position as much as possible 2) use the compession stockings 3) use the pneumetic compressive therapy if available at your near by physio centre.

The pain could be either from the spine most likely to bad posture and low vitamin D levels or u may have a stone in the urinary tract, so get your Vitamin D levels(blood test) and an ultrasound KUB which is done on full bladder is after having lots of fluids at the peak of urine pressure. Ya please start with strengthing exrcises for the hand without weights. Just tske arm in 1 position nd hold it fr 10-15 secs slowly increase the frequency.

Hi, at such an young age, the possibility can be general weakness due to which pain in hands and legs occurs. Send me more details to rule out the possibility. The pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.
