Hi, kindly be specific regarding backache such as is it localised or radiating to legs, any tingling or numbness in legs, pain starts immediately while walking or after certain time, is there any pain while standing or sitting for longer periods, any relieving or aggravating factor, any medication or investing previously tried or done. I feel tired and weak through out the day. Have pain in both the legs. Follow a good diet, one hour of walking everyday, physical exercise but still do not feel energetic and do not want to do any sort of work. Everytime I want to sit or sleep (drowsiness) a little bit, but when I go to sleep I cant sleep soundly. My bowel movements are good digestion is ok, drinks a lot of water. No fast food, spicy items or indulge in any bad habit (no masturbation), no smoking and alcohol. Have done the blood test everything is normal, Hemoglobin is also normal, Liver and kidney function test are also normal. Have fruits and milk everyday, but still my stamina is very low. Please suggest me what can I do and tell me some medicines which can improve my strength and to feel energetic and cure it completely. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing well! dear lybrate-user, its who you are? that lead life! though its unfortunate I won't want to medicate assertive health n progressive fitness so please be with your coach for exercice it can lead your sleep and hunger well, till then ashwagandha tab/powder 1-2gms with milk in morn n eve before bed work for u. Apply coco oil on palm, feet naval n head before bed. Feedback expeted after 8 days. Feel free to contact.

Avoid computer work and toward bending sit straight do neck stretching exercise and hot fermentation rest must if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment and x-ray if cervical.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

  1. Turmeric: Turmeric contains an important anti-inflammatory compound known as curcumin. This can help reduce inflammation associated with arthritis, arteriosclerosis, asthma, and cancer. It also aids in digestion and promotes healthy blood circulation. The best way to consume ginger to fight inflammation is to steep it in a tea.
  5. Whole grains: To reduce the pitta dosha, you should include plenty of dry, sweet whole grains in your diet. This includes barley, oats, quinoa, wheat and rice. These foods are good sources of fiber and proteins. They also have a low glycemic index and help maintain body temperature.
  6. Leafy vegetables: Vegetables that reduce the pitta dosha are usually sweet and astringent. These vegetables are best eaten raw at mid-day when the digestive system is functioning at its peak. Lettuce, kale, leeks, collard greens and wheat grass are some of the vegetables that you must include in your diet. On the other hand, avoid spicy vegetables like green chillies, onions, and radishes.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. There is absolutely no connection between your feeling of weakness and mastrubation. Try stopping mastrubation and see if your symptoms improve . If not check with your doctor for any other cause of such symptoms

Lift bucket without bending in back. Bend your knees and lift it. Do not bend forward while lifting weight. It may cause disc propalse. Do back strengthening exercises.

As mentioned u have arthritis pain in the knee is because of it -Do static quads ie keep the towel roll below your knee press it and hold the position for 5 sec repeat it -Heel slides 5 times -IFT for knee joint for 10 mins

Dear take good diet as you have to feed your baby. Regular pranayama and meditation will help to every patient. Aswagandha powder I spoon morning and night with milk. Vatha gajankusham 2 tab morning and evening with hot water. Maha narayana tail for external application. Review after 40 days.
