Hemoglobin is an iron-rich protein responsible for transporting oxygen from your lungs to other areas of your body. Low hemoglobin levels are often associated with low iron levels, and adding iron to your diet is a simple way to promote the normal production of hemoglobin. Other nutrients aid in this process, too, so talk to your doctor about the dietary changes you can make to raise your levels. Boost your iron intake iron is a mineral that's essential for making healthy red blood cells and hemoglobin. If your red blood cells don't contain enough hemoglobin, you'll develop anemia, a condition that causes fatigue, shortness of breath and chest pain, according to the national heart, lung and blood institute. Increasing your intake of iron will help your body make more hemoglobin. Lean meats, seafood, beans, peas, dried fruits, leafy greens, prune juice and iron-fortified grains are all nutritious ways to boost your iron intake. Get more vitamin c increase your intake of vitamin c because it helps your body absorb iron, which can promote hemoglobin production. Adding fruit to your daily diet is a simple way to get more of this key vitamin. Citrus fruits, berries, kiwis and can notaloupe are all good sources. Nutritious vegetable sources of vitamin c include bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes and leafy greens, and adding these to your diet can be an effective way to help your body absorb more iron. Increase intake of vitamin b-12 and folate one type of anemia is called vitamin-deficient anemia, and it occurs when you have low levels of vitamin b-12 and folate, according to the american society of hematology. If low levels of either nutrient are because of poor diet, your doctor will likely recommend that you add certain foods to your menu to boost your intakes. Lean meat and seafood are healthy sources of vitamin b-12, and leafy greens and citrus fruits are nutritious foods that supply folate. There are great homoepathic remedies which increses platelet count, raises hemoglobin and treats thyroid. I have dealing with such cases every day and believe me madam homoeopathy works for thyroid and blood disorders affectively.

Other than the treatment a strict diet has to be taken avoiding sugar, sweets and deep fried foods. Plus daily exercise also must be done like brisk walking for 1 h or more. Hello , please follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. What we suggest is the nutrigemoic protein, who certified, with 9 essential amino acids. This will help you cure your diabetics. But you will definitely have a result, if you can use protein with vitamins and minerals, fiber and omega-3 supplements, we charge you 200/- per private consultation, lets discuss more about health and how to control with the diet. Have a nice day.

He is suffering with diabetes and don't want to leave sweets. How can I manage the things? Please help me.
the reason sweets should be avoided in diabetes is intake will increase blood sugar straight away. High blood sugar causes multiple problems affecting eyes (retina), small and large blood vessels, kidneys, heart, legs and feet (ulcers not healing, leading to amputation), severe neuropathic pain etc. Plus sweets also contain high fat content, increases caloric intake and may lead to weight increase. So if one has diabetes then there is no option but has to stop eating sweets. You have to convince him and impress that sweets will cause serious problem in the course of the disease. Another possibility is to use sucralose in stead of sugar while making sweets. But still gheee will be plenty.

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain, oats, green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.
