You are having stage 2 chronic kidney disease, in your case, probably due to age only. Follow up on the creatinine levels. Meanwhile, get a urine routine examination and ultrasound abdomen and consult a physician or a nephrologist.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

May take carisoma compound tablets. 1 tab twice daily for 5 days. Physiotherapy like ultrasonic and short wave diathermy may also be beneficial. Take 8 - 10 of such sitting.

I feel little bit of uneasiness in left chest portion my age is 36 years what need to be done.
If along with uneasiness in left chest, you feel pain in left hand, particularly on inner side and inner 2 and half fingers (little finger, ring finger and lower half of middle finger) you may have heart problem (coronary artery disease) and you need to get investigate by tread-meal test. Usually uneasiness is due to muscular aches or gastric problems but as males are subjected to lot of stress, tension and competition and lack protective estrogen, they become prone to coronary artery diseases after 40 years (though now a days it is occurring in genetically susceptible young adults too), you should get yourself checked by a cardiologist or you may undergo comprehensive cardiac health check-up available in most of hospitals now a days specially on Sundays for a nominal discounted coat ranging from Rs3000-6000/- which includes full blood check-up, diabetic profile, liver function tests, kidney function tests, pulmonary function tests, treadmill test, echo cardiogram, ultrasound of abdomen, chest x-ray, rectal examination, examination and consultation by a surgeon, consultation by a cardiologist and consultation with dietician.

Common Tests For Coronary Artery Disease!

Coronary artery disease or CAD is the name given to the heart condition in which the major blood vessels that supply your heart with blood, oxygen and nutrients, also called coronary arteries, get blocked, damaged or diseased.

  1. Blockages usually happen when cholesterol-containing deposits called plaque deposit in your arteries. Plaque narrows the lumen of your coronary artery which means your heart gets lesser and lesser oxygen and nutrients to function properly.
  2. Inflammation is also to blame for coronary artery disease.

Common symptoms of CAD include

Common Diagnostic tests
When you go to a heart specialist, she will ask questions about your medical history and follow it up with a physical exam and order routine blood and diagnostic tests to confirm CAD like:

  1. Electrocardiogram (ECG): An ECG records electrical signals as they travel through your heart revealing evidence of a previous heart attack or one that’s happening. Holter monitoring is a type of ECG where you wear a portable monitor for 24 hours as you go about your normal daily activities. Abnormalities in the results suggest reduced blood flow to the heart signaling CAD.
  2. Echocardiogram:  This test uses sound waves to produce images of your heart. It helps your doctor determine whether all parts of your heart wall are contributing to your heart's pumping activity. If certain parts are moving weakly it can mean damage to muscle due to a heart attack or because of receiving too little oxygen- again signaling CAD.
  3. Exercise Stress test: This test is done by making you do exercises like walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike during an ECG. Sometimes, medication to stimulate your heart may be used instead of exercise.

This again detects areas in your heart that receive less blood flow.

  • Cardiac catheterization or angiogram. A special dye is injected into your coronary arteries to observe blood flow through your heart in a test known as an angiogram.
  • The dye is sometimes also injected into the arteries through a long, thin, flexible tube called catheter that is threaded through an artery in your leg to the arteries in your heart. This procedure is called cardiac catheterization. This test is very good in diagnosing CAD as the dye outlines narrow spots and blockages on the X-ray images of your heart.
  • Heart scans. Computerized tomography or CT can help your doctor actually see calcium deposits in your arteries that can be narrowing your arteries. If a substantial amount of calcium deposits are found, coronary artery disease could be the reason.
  • MRI scans are also done to diagnose CAD. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Cardiologist.

Dear user. I can understand. Quit smoking and consult a doctor. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

You will have to learn exercises focused on that particular part only and also get a general physical examination done from a physician to rule out any pathology.
