1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Hi you are suffering from plantar fascitis. It has a tendency to recur. So you may have to take physiotherapy or injection once more. Besides wear mcr slippers, take hot fomentation morning and evening.

Dear Lybrate User, *Do exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling daily. *Drink more water, fresh fruit juice. *Avoid more maida related, junk foods. *Consume vegetables than non veg. *Drink plain butter milk with added crushed ginger. *Use garlic in a meal. *Avoid more milk products, avoid butter, cheese. *Diet on fruits and skip one meal. do the same 2-3 times/week.

Irregular periods are actually a way of your body telling you something is not right and probably your hormones (especially estrogen and progesterone) are imbalanced. Some common reasons for irregular periods: STRESS: Stress is the most common cause of irregular periods. Cortisol, the stress hormone, has a direct impact on how much estrogen and progesterone, two sex hormones, gets produced by the body. POOR DIET: Unhealthy eating and being overweight or underweight can cause irregular periods. In order for a woman to maintain a regular cycle, her body fat percentage needs to be at least 17-22 percent. EXCESSIVE EXERCISE: Excessive exercising (or even lack of it) and drastic weight changes can decrease the body fat, being underweight can offset your hormone levels, thus contributing to irregular periods. BIRTH CONTROL PILLS: When some women stop taking the pill, their periods may take one to three months to return to normal. And this can also reveal an underlying hormonal problem that was masked by taking the birth control pills. PCOS: Polycystic ovary syndrome causes cysts to form on the ovaries, interfering with regular ovulation. In fact, PCOS is far more complicated than a missed period. Talk to your doctor about this condition. THYROID: Thyroid disorders, including hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, can cause widespread symptoms like changes in estrogen and cortisol hormones and missed periods. Some home remedies you can try to treat irregular period problem: REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. CHASTE BERRY: The best known hormone balancing herb for women, Chaste berry helps to regulate the female gynecological system. It works by normalizing the secretions of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and ovaries, which then appropriately signal to balance the endocrine system. Note – This herb is not recommended if you are taking any fertility drug. It should not be consumed during pregnancy. SHATAVARI: Shatavari is also known to restore the balance of hormones in women. Mix it with equal amount of Ashwagandha and take 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night daily. OTHER HERBS: Some other herbs you can try to regain healthy menstruation: Holy basil (Tulsi), Black cohosh, licorice (Mulethi) root, turmeric, and Evening primerose oil. (If you are on medications, always consult your doctor first). DIETARY CHANGES: Drink carrot juice, aloe vera juice, grape juice. Add ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, green (unripe) papaya, sesame seeds (with Jaggery), Apple Cider Vinegar and wheat grass to your diet. Also eat other seasonal fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Have small nd frequent meals. Do some abs exercise. Take aloe vera juice nd green tea without sugar. Do brisk walk daily. Take papaya daily. Take fresh veg. Juice. Avoid fried foods and junk foods avoid maida products.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Well creaking sound is a warning sign. There is a fluid in our joints which aids in easy movement and acts as a cushion and a protective layer for the bones as well creaking sound means that your joint fluid levels have depleted. Considering your age, ignoring this may lead to osteo arthritis etc. My advice - get a x ray done. Then undergo this wonderful ayurveda therapy called janu vasti to replenish the lost joint fluids. This is a 7 day course and takes about 45 minutes daily diet wise - work on improving your calcium levels fruits like chikku, banana, guava are rich in calcium. Dates are great as well sesame - this is the wonder drug to replenish joint fluids. You can have 1 tsp of sesame oil or roasted and powdered sesame everyday. Ideally mix it with one morsel of your food like rice/roti and have it. Milk/buttermilk is advised as well practice knee joint exercises regularly.

Headache can be due to multiple reasons. High blood pressure/ Problems of near or distant vision. Not using spectacles/ change required in glasses power. Nose/ ear / Throat infection/ Sinus infection/Tooth infection.Some time there can be brain tumour. For Treatment of specific cause of disease, consult your doctor. However Rest/ Steam inhalation/ applying Balm on fore head/ Tea /Coffee may help.
