First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alpha CF , 2 tabs , thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

I have a problem in breathing, what is the ayurvedic medicine for asthma disease.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Udupi
Dear Lybrate User, *Ayurvedic treatment for Bronchial Asthma is initially focused on improving the digestive system. Herbal medicines are administered to clear the blockage from the channels by eliminating toxins (ama) from the body. They will then liquefy the Kapha present in the channels, allowing proper movement of Vata and fostering proper and easy respiration. Additionally, immune-booster herbal combinations are given to the patient in order to provide both physical and psychological strength, as the patient becomes weak due to repeated attacks of Asthma. *Avoid smoking and exposure to dusty and cold air. *Drinking herbal teas or sipping lukewarm water with honey is helpful. *To avoid ama formation, have freshly prepared warm meals at regular intervals. *Eat less than the full capacity of the stomach. *Heavy foods like dairy products, fried foods, pickles, cold foods, rice, beans and legumes should be avoided.
