I have a back pain from since 1 year. I can control it by taking rest for 3 to 5 hrs. But also it repeats when I went for drive on bike 50 kms a day. It starts again and again. Even though when I do small works of hm cleaning it pains too. Other wise no pain till the work done by me.

Hello, there are multiple reasons causing back pain, consult a physiotherapist to analyze exact reason of your back pain and also to cure it at root cause level. Meanwhile you should understand the pain causing activities and should avoid it till you are being treated and advise from your physiotherapist. Also starting any exercise without being diagnosed can lead to severe consequences. Meanwhile take rest, avoid biking and apply ice for 8-10 minutes on the painful area daily thrice.

Yes, 18 years is a long time for depression and it will definitely not feel good. But that is an obvious statement, what is not is the fact that you must always combine medication with therapy. It is so much better and you would have developed a lot of coping mechanisms by now and may have been able to conduct yourself to the point of even enjoying life to a certain extent. Even now it is not too late, although it might be a little more difficult. Nature and the way we have been made, have fortunately built-in certain structures that let us live close to normal lives, especially up to our teens. After that, if the little signs that there is some problem were not noticed and dealt with, then the issues will come up for the last time seeking a resolution in late adolescence. But for some reason it was not handled well or in time, and therefore this situation where it has now become a permanent negative trait that has to be dealt with more aggressively. Now it is time to seek counseling in tandem with the medication; and you are to keep with the counseling until there is a resolution. Be cooperative and follow all the directives and requirements and you will see a gradual but sure improvement. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc: exactly like you described. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. Don? t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Now go out there and just do it: nothing is too late in life. Leave the past and don? t relate to the future too much: the present is where your solutions are and you should stay focused in the here and now, always.

I am a 17 year old guy measuring 164 cms and having a huge weight of 78 kgs, I am doing gym since 7 months but I haven't got to see some fruitful results, I have just having 1 month left for a big function for which I need to pull down at least 10 kgs of weight, Pls help me in this? Giv me the diet along with some tablet if needed? Other concern of me is my height; I want to boost it in order to build a good personality, Shall I take some protein capsule or powder for my height? Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Irregular bowel syndrome is common nowadays because of our changes in lifestyle. Take much fibrous foods. Avoid raw salad because sometimes it causes more problems. U have to analyze what your health didn't permit. Puri, paratha and fast food will do a great harm. Yoga and morning walk will be beneficial to you. It is easy to say but you have to be away from mental worries and anxiety. Frequent urination is not always associated with IBS. So please get your blood sugar done along with culture and sensitivity of urine. Take medication for hypothyroidism separately as per its findings. For your chief complaint please take Nux Vomica 200. Get it 5 ml in 40 size pills from any HOMOEOPATHIC store. Use 4 pills diluted in half cup of water take simultaneously for 4 days one hour before dinner. Report after 10 days. Certainly you are going to get result and be in health.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

Hello, bleeding from gums could be because of deposits on your teeth and food lodged in between your teeth. You need to visit the dentist and get a deep scaling and polishing done. Brush twice a day. Maintain proper brushing technique. Rinse after every meal. Floss regularly.

Keep hot water fermentation for hos back muscles as tolerable by him. Note, if he has diabetes just check the temperature with your hands. Later start doing streching exercises.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

In some cases of erectile dysfunction, men are totally unable to get an erection while in others they have trouble a sad man sitting on the street maintaining it for a longer span of time.

Though there can be a lot of physical reasons for ed, but there are some common psychological reasons too, which with professional help can easily be treated.

The inability to perform in bed can be shattering for the self-confidence of both the man and his partner.

Here are few of the common emotional reasons of impotence.

1. Stress

Stress can affect your performance in bed. Getting too overwhelmed by the pressure of your responsibilities at home or at work can make it difficult for you to relax and get into the mood for sex.

Stress caused by fear or worry can leave you with a feeling of uneasiness, making it difficult for you to get an erection.

2. Anxiety

Once a man experiences erectile dysfunction, he tends to get overly anxious that he won't be able to perform in bed again.

It raises the feelings of self-consciousness during sexual intercourse making it even more difficult to get an erection.

This feeling of anxiety can also be because of many other reasons like relationship problems, past sexual abuse, lack of sexual knowledge or even being in a new relationship.

All these can contribute to the lack of performance in sexual intercourse.

3. Depression

The feeling of extreme sadness due to any possible reason like a bad relationship, a bad career or even a past trauma can result in ed in many men.

Depression leads to more fatigue and tiredness, which lowers your libido.

Even the drugs used to treat depression may lower your sex drive and make it harder to get an erection.

4. Low self-esteem

A negative self-image can lead to performance anxiety and make you worry about how you are going to perform in bed.

Low self-esteem can be a result of anything related to your body image, your past experiences or even an underlying feeling of guilt.

5. Lack of interest

Low libido can dampen your interest in sex and also result in ed.

Loss of interest in sex can be due to anything related to relationship problems, a result of medication or even progressing age.

Other factors like anger or anxiety also contribute to the loss of interest in sex.

These emotional issues can affect your physical ability to get or maintain an erection. Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Some people with hypertension may react with alarm when they check their blood pressure at home or at the drugstore and the reading is elevated. It's not unusual for people with an isolated finding of elevated blood pressure to show up at the local Emergency Department with sudden concern, but in many cases, the real concern is not a single high reading, but the cumulative effect of persistent uncontrolled hypertension.
Hypertension is a risk factor for many negative health outcomes, including heart failure, coronary artery disease, stroke, kidney disease, peripheral artery disease and hypertensive retinopathy, a disease of the eye. Hypertension is also associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is why the United States Preventive Services Task Force has issued a recommendation for diabetic screening in people with high blood pressure. Good control of blood pressure results in a rapid reduction of risk for cardiovascular disease.

Hypertensive heart disease results from changes in both the structure of the heart and blood vessels and their function as the body adapts to abnormally high blood pressure. If you can imagine the heart as a pump operating against a fluid circuit, picture the increased work of that pump if pressure within the circuit is increased.Some of the changes caused by persistent high blood pressure can be partially reversed with treatment using ACE inhibitor medications.

Hypertension results in wear and tear of vital organs and vessels as a result of mechanical stress.

Blood vessels have mechanisms to regulate blood flow throughout the body, and when high blood pressure occurs, the blood vessels constrict in initial response. Eventually, the walls of the blood vessels thicken and tissue damage occurs, resulting in hardening of the vessel walls.

Hypertensive disease of the eye is known as hypertensive retinopathy. In the retina of the eye, changes in the blood vessels eventually result in disruption of the integrity of the vessel, and blood or fatty acids may leak onto the delicate retinal tissue. This results in permanent vision change, and it's very preventable.

Complications of stroke can be due to hemorrhage of the blood vessels that supply the brain, or, more frequently, can result from poor blood flow through arteries damaged by persistent high blood pressure. Approximately 85% of strokes are ischemic, or due to poor blood flow. Another manifestation of hypertensive disease that affects the brain is hypertensive encephalopathy. This condition refers to a change in mental status, frequently accompanied by headache and nausea, that results from swelling in the brain caused by alterations in blood flow at very high blood pressure. This condition is associated with malignant hypertension, or hypertensive emergency.

Persistent high blood pressure is one of the leading causes of chronic kidney disease, frequently requiring dialysis. Blood is filtered through the kidneys, and when the small blood vessels of the kidney are damaged by chronic uncontrolled hypertension, the body becomes unable to filter waste. People with kidney damage eventually spend hours hooked to dialysis machines that can remove waste products from their bloodstream, or they may require a kidney transplant. In either case, prevention of the complication is preferable and less complex.

Unfortunately, it is easy to underestimate the cumulative effects of high blood pressure, since the damage is asymptomatic initially. It's important to recognize the inevitable consequences of ignoring persistent high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, it's important to realize the silent damage occurring over time if your blood pressure is not adequately treated. If you have a high blood pressure reading, you should repeat measurement on two more occasions. If your blood pressure remains above the level your doctor has suggested, it is essential to follow up. There are many excellent and affordable medications available for treatment of hypertension. Some people require a combination of drugs to maintain control. Whatever the case, the inconvenience of treatment is far exceeded by the benefits to your health over a lifetime.

•Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. •Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. •Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. •Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
