Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis/hepatitis or irritable bowel disease 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking recommended a private consultation.

Hi. My skin type is oily and it gets darker when I'm exposed to sun for even 5 mins. I use branded sun screen with spf 30 but still of no use. I have 3 questions which are interrelated 1. Is there any efficient treatment to get back my skin tone, especially on my face and hands which are the worst affected parts 2. Please suggest me a good sun screen or bloc, summer in chennai is too hot to handle. 3. Is it really possible to improve your skin colour and get rid of marks and patches through peals, laser etc. And is it safe to do it.

1. To combat chennai sun use physical protective measures like umbrella and scarf 2. It is always good to use sunscreen sunscreen more spf 50 is good coz we don't always always use required amount to get desired spf 3. Aveeno protect and hydrate spf 50 neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch sun block spf 50 uv doux spf 50 are some of the good n economical sunscreen available in the market 4. Using sunscreen only once is not enough you have to re-apply it every 3 hrs once ideally 20 minutes before you step out in to the sun. (aveeno claims to be long acting-8 hrs so single application but not sure of it. You can give it a try) 5. It's possible to improve your skin tone through chemical peels and laser treatments but you have to be patient it takes time and frequent visits to dermatologist/cosmetologist you may have to visit every 15 days or every month to follow up your sessions hope my is useful.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. •Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. •Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Insulin is always better to take as it preserves beta cells, but as of he is tired he can be shifted to oral medication as his insulin dose is not much, what's his age ,wt, height, and other diseases he is suffering from ,and what is diet modified by him.

My father is 58 year old. He has brain tumor we treet it by kemo therapy and radio therapy and his body have very good result after treatment. But. After one year he have lot pain on beck side part of body right leg to kamar. And this pain no stopped any pain killers of orthopedic surgeons so we very worries about it so please notify me know what is the new ways of this pain.
