Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

For management of fever or viral fever, first it has to be clinically confirmed that how much is the temp. And if required based on symptoms and signs it can be investigated further. For mild fever with common cold a tablet of acetaminophen can be taken but for fevers associated with dengue, malaria, burning micturition and diarrhea, some investigations may be required. In your case you can start with tab crocin.

Sir I have problem of sleep. I daily plan my routine that. Getting up early in the morning & start yoga & meditation....
I think you have to regular your life style. Avoid tea, coffe, cold drink, daily 30 min exercise, if possible two times a day. No day time sleep, avoid heavy food at dinner time fix timing for going to bed, no unnecessary tv take warm milk before sleep take bath before sleep continue meditation & pranayama, do five minute pranayama before sleep. You can listen slow soothing musing during that time.

  4. Green tea lowers the risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Thereby, protecting the brain in old age. Alzheimer's is a neurodegenerative disease, which causes dementia. Parkinson's being the second common neurodegenerative disease also involves death of dopamine, produced by the neurons of the brain. The bioactive compounds of the green tea have multiple protective effects and reduce the risk of these disorders.
  5. The dental health can be given a boost by drinking green tea. The catechins found in green tea stop the growth of certain virus and bacteria. This helps to lower the risk of infections and in turn improves the dental health, halitosis and caries.
  6. The risk of type 2 diabetes, which is considered to be an epidemic disease can be lowered by having green tea. In diabetes there is an increased blood sugar level and green tea improves this insulin sensitivity.
  7. Green tea lowers the LDL and total cholesterol. It also protects against the LDL particles from oxidation. This is turn is believed to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

It is a symptom suggesting Orchitis, that is inflammation of testis. Usually Epididymitis also a coexisting factor. Most common is due to Filerial infection. Hello 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges.

You should keep in mind following things for weight gain. Eat more than your usual calorie intake as this is the simplest way to gain extra kilos. Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs, fish, and meat and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals. Avoid fats like red meat, margarine etc as they are bad for the health of your heart. Follow following diet chart for gain weight. Morning: Breakfast : 2-3 eggs + 2 toast + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal OR a bowl oats/poridge OR stuffed parathas/upma/poha Mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt can add granalo + nuts OR fruit juice OR smoothie Lunch: 2-3 rotis + veggie + 1 bowl pulses (dal) + 1 serving of non-veg (chicken/ fish or egg) if don’t have non-veg add a bowl of yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice Or grilled chicken / paneer sandwich + salad with dressing can add potatoes OR veg / non-veg Pasta with either olive oil / dressing / red or white sauce Evening snack: Vegetable / non veg sandwich can add cheese / mayo OR Milkshake Night dinner: Same as lunch Can avoid Rice Or 2 toast with Roast / grilled / tandoori Chicken Or Baked fish with potatoes OR Veg sandwich / grilled veg burger (paneer/ potato) A glass of milk before going to sleeping.

To confirm pregency best and simple method is to do Urine pregency test otherwise after some day you can also do USG whole abdomen. Chances of conception (pregency) is high in mid of a monthy menstrual cycle of a regular periods.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. I am 25 year male. I am having feeling my back stressed most of time since almost 2 months. And almost from the same time I having some pain at exit point of anus after having done with stool that pain will last for 10-15 mins. No, migraine cannot be cured. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. In general, establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight.

Dear, For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly. If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods.
