I am 26 year old female and recently got married in November 2016, me and my partner both are virgin and we are facing issues with intercourse as whenever he try to put his penis in me, he only able to put in 30% and then I got dry and it pains me a lot…we have tried 3-4 times with and without condom but every time I got dry and he loses his erection also very quickly. Moreover, I am diagnosed with PCOD 6 month back, I have no other medical problem, now in November due to my marriage with the consultation from doctor, to get my periods date prepend, she gave me Meprate pills for 5 days twice a day, but due to these pills my date got delayed more and I got my periods even after my normal date in November. Now in December, my date was 17th and still I did not get my periods though I am having severe periods pain, nausea, legs pain and white discharge and it got delayed 10 days…. Now I am really worried as is it due to those pills which disturbed my cycle so badly? Or it might happen that I got pregnant? But I feel like I am still virgin as my partner just inserted 30% of his penis into me ….So should I need any lubricant for this?

I'm a Psoriasis patient. Almost 5 months ago I consult a doctor in Noida and he suggested me to take Psorid 100 mg for 3 months. It worked well and I get temporary rid of my marks for around 3-4 months. Now I'm again getting the marks. Please suggest is there any permanent cure of this disease? Also is there any substitute of psorid 100 mg? Psorid costs me around 200 rs (2 tablets) per day which I found a bit costly. Thanks in advance.

It is important to establish whether the biting animal is healthy or diseased, bearing in mind that a rabid animal excretes the virus in its saliva not just throughout the illness but also several days before the appearance of the first signs. An unknown animal, which has disappeared, must be considered as rabid and full course of PEP must be given. Cats and dogs, which can be identified, must be kept under observation. The risk of rabies can be considered as slight if the animal shows no sign of disease after 5 days, and non?existent if the animal is still healthy on the 10th day (The European Standards recommend an observation period of 15 days).
All wild animals, and those domestic animals suspected of having rabies must be put down and the rabies diagnosis must be carried out in the laboratory.
If it is proven that the animal is not rabid, only then the anti?rabies treatment may be halted.

Hepatitis B is a viral infection, resulting in the inflammation of the liver. Hepatitis B is considered to be acute when it lasts up to six months and is tagged as chronic when the timeline exceeds six months. Some of the common symptoms of this disease are dark urine, queasiness, stomach ache, weakness and joint ache. Ayurveda is known to be an effective agent in treating Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis B is diagnosed by presence of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and IgM antibody to Hepatitis B core antigen (anti-HBc IgM) which develop in the serum in the early stages of infection at the time symptoms appear. Antibody to HBsAg (anti-HBs) develops after active infection and serves as an indicator of immunity.
Anti-HBs + - individual has been vaccinated, has received immune globulin, is immune, or is an infant who has received antibodies from his/her mother. Anti-HBc + - indicates past or present infection and lasts indefinitely. May be detected in an infant who has received antibodies from its mother. IgM anti-HBc + - indicates recent infection with HBV, usually within 4-6 months. HBeAg + - indicates active viral replication and high infectivity. HBsAg + HBV - acute or chronic HBV; persistence for 6 months after acute infection indicates progression to chronic HBV.
Treatment for Hepatitis B -
While there is no approved treatment for acute hepatitis B, few herbs which works as anti viral to HBV DNA and few as antioxident and heaptocytes protector from antigen now give the name of herbs you have given Infected individuals should practice safe sex. Avoiding contact with infected blood or other body fluids directly or on objects such as needles, razors, toothbrushes, etc., may reduce the risk of transmission. Sores and rashes should be covered with bandages and blood on any surface should be cleaned up with household bleach.
