What happened if we wont put permanent cap after rct (root canal treatment) torment Is it mandatory?

Your tooth will break down if you do not go for a cap. Root canal treated tooth will be brittle as they do not have a nerve supply.

I did rout canal bfr n it was broken a piece in a corner of teeth n I feel something it may giv nad smel frm mouth n to remv it wat shd I use.

As you did not go for cap it might be broken. Always you need to go for cap immediately after a root canal.

If there is no infection below the root you can go for a single sitting root canal. Later you can follow up with a crown as soon as possible.

You are suffering from Periodontitis. You will need a thorough Scaling and Root planing followed by laser assisted flap surgery.
