1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body.

I'm diabetic patient since 20 years and it is controlled stage. I'm the age of 50 years. I have one hour time to do the exercise or yoga. My question is which one is more effective/better for me i.e exercise or yoga because both may not be possible due to time concern. Kindly advise please.

Please Yoga is better I will suggest few points. Avoid using vehicle whenever possible go by walking Take salads, vegetable juices and soups more Avoid processed food totally.

Doc, The symptoms are loose stools (but not frequently) with gas and I can't fully flush out at morning and I have migraine and dehydration, I am drinking enough water to settle my thirst but still I can't fully pass out stools at morning sometime my stomach pains,(if I have loose stools I think the bowel will flush out all of it right but how can I get loose stool and problem with flushing out it ,its very confusing, what do I have to do?

Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.

What is the BEST and FASTEST way I can loose weight? I'm not that fat, I'd consider my self average. I can't give you the exact weight right now, but I can tell you that it varies in between 69-73. People tell me it's too young for me to start working out heavily to loose weight, is that true? I'm 14 years old.

Hi kareem - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 min brisk walk / exercise and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake (more dals, legumes, low fat miilk and milk products etc, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. You would need supplements for Vitamin D. From what you have mentioned, you are definitely manifesting symptoms of social phobia. You difficulty in communicating and avoiding people are due to the same. You should consult a psychiatrist for initiating treatment for the same. Medications like sertraline and paoxetine will help in treating social phobia. In addition, you can also opt for behavior therapy sessions which will help you relax and overcome your anxiety in facing the situations. I do hope that I was able to help with your query. In many instances, infants are born with fine hairs on their bodies shortly after birth, which eventually fall off as they grow. A hairy patch on an infant's back may be normal, yet it also may indicate a medical issue such as Spina bifida.Consult your paedetrician for the same.Abnormal hair on any part of the body can be removed by laser hair removal but we will have to wait since it should ideally be not performed on such a small kid.
