Is there any natural way to regain your fallen hair. I had much dense hair. There has been gradual decline in the hair but 2 months ago I had visited Bhopal and since then the hair strands keep falling even after combing the hair properly while going out. I need a permanent solution to this. Cause I'm very much disheartened on losing my dense hair and I don want to lose much. I have tried diff home remedies too but all in vain. *. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time.*. Avoid fried and oily foods, nonveg, dry fruits in this hot season. *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Hi, The reference range for prothrombin time depends on the analytical method used, but is usually around 12–13 seconds (results should always be interpreted using the reference range from the laboratory that performed the test), and the INR in absence of anticoagulation therapy is 0.8-1.2. The target range for INR in anticoagulant use (e.g. Warfarin) is 2 to 3. As your report is 2.3 which can be risky undergoing any kind of surgery. So, please talk to your concern doctor who can guide you accordingly.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Dear Suraj. Hydrocele is a fluid-filled sac around a testicle, often first noticed as swelling of the scrotum. Hydrocele is common in newborns and usually disappears without treatment within the first year. Older men can develop hydroceles, sometimes due to inflammation or injury. Hydroceles are usually painless, but may become large and inconvenient. An ultrasound may be required to diagnose the condition. Treatment usually involves watchful waiting. In rare circumstances, surgery is required.

It is mainly due to pitta dosha predominance. So better should have mahamanjisthadi kashaya internally 15 ml bd with warm water. Along with that for la. Apply masur at a, anantmool, mulethi, lodhra, chandan powder. It will get subsides by 2-4 months.

No now you are okay if fever has gone. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious/ light diet food items like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits, eggs, fish, etc. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take any multivitamin tablet once daily after food for 2 weeks.

It is common for most of us to wonder how some celebrities just don't seem to age, both in terms of looks and physique. It is not easy and requires in addition to a lot of hard work, loads of determination and self-constraints to achieve that. however, different bodies react differently to different food items and there is no one size that fits all. Though media claims and promotes various celebrity diet plans, but a word of caution. A detailed physical examination and discussion should be done with your dietician to identify what will work best for you.  Listed below are some things that has helped celebrities to lose weight. 

  1. Regular, well balanced meals: It is popular belief and advise that eating regular, small proportioned meals with the right mix of protein, carbs, and fats is the best way to lose weight.  Of course, there have to be supplements to this including a good workout regime, reduced alcohol, reduced refined sugars, etc., but most people believe starving to be skinny is not the healthy way to go. Another good rule to follow is the 80/20 rule that is enforce discipline and let 80% of your food be nutritious and 20% can be damaging (chocolate cake included!). Most would also set a daily intake target and keep a count of the calories that are ingested.
  2. Increased fiber: Be it greens or vegetables, fruits, or dry fruits, added fiber makes you feel full and reduces the amount of food ingested.  Atkins diet, which pumps your body with fiber for 3 consecutive days helps by flushing out a lot of toxins and is one of the most widely followed detox diet plans.
  3. Flush out with Lime Juice: Beginning your day with a glass of lime juice and warm water is supposed to flush out the toxins and reduce weight.  Adding ginger and mint is believed to make this work better.
  4. Replace red meat with chicken: While chicken is believed to increase the protein intake levels, reducing red meat is believed to help reduce weight.
  5. Do away with the dairy: A lot of dairy products, which forms the main source of proteins, especially for vegetarians is believed to add to the weight. If weight loss is your goal, then dairy should stay out of your food diary.

A lot of celebrities also use natural boosters and suppressants to reduce appetite.  Removing alkaline food items from your menu, gluten laden foods, alcohol, refined carbs, are followed as well. Weight loss supplements are another option, but should be used only under supervision and as a last resort. As mentioned, celebrity diet patterns should not be followed blindly. They are highly personalized and seek advice before adapting it.

U r very young I don't know it present weight daily take 1/4 tsp of dry ginger with ghee and little salt along with first part of rice or piece of roti it appetite will increase in one week.

According to a study led by a university of vienna professor Dr. Berharhard ludvik, published in the journal of diabetes care, t2dm patients who ate sweet potatoes saw a significant reduction in blood sugar levels and overall improvement in glucose control.
As sweet potatoes are rich in fiber and have a low glycemic index, hence are a good source food in diabetics. Cooking methods preferred are by roasting with skin intact or sauteing in oil, as fats also delay carbohydrate absorption. Boiled or mashed sweet potatoes are not recommended as the digestion is faster.
Sweet potatoes are also good post work out snacking option. Sweet potatoes with skin are a good source of fiber and complex carbohydrates. The carbohydrates are are a great source to replenish your glycogen stores after an intense bout of exercise.

Your skin colour can improve and glow by follwing some natural tips regularly - Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results) Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

You can use many things but simply avoiding fatty and spices food and skiping lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day will do for you.

Dear, If the ache in the tooth is lasting more than 5 minutes, it is indicative of deep decay and one should get the tooth xrayed at the nearest Dental surgeon. If not effecting the heart of the tooth ( we call as pulp) a filling would be feasible and if the pulp is involved then a RCT may be required. The Dental Surgeon will guide you appropriately.

Causes of eating disorders and risk factors associated with them

Conditions related to the eating patterns or behavior of an individual which leave a negative impact on the health of the person are known as eating disorders. These can lead to the deficiency of sufficient nutrition in the body. The heart, the digestive system, the bones, and the teeth and the mouth are the body parts that generally get affected due to this condition.

Although the root cause is not known exactly, there are several factors which can be held responsible for causing this type of disorders likes:

1. Genetics-A person, who has parents or siblings suffering from eating disorders, has higher chances of suffering from it as well.

2. Society- In order to fit into the society, people often find it very necessary to look the best, which means being thin. Peer pressure and the worry about what people say fuels the desire, more like desperation in a person to become thin, which may lead to an eating disorder.

3. Emotional and psychological health- Problems directly linked with the psychological and emotional health of a person, like low self-esteem, impulsive behavior, relationship associated trouble and perfectionism can also lead to eating disorders.

There are certain factors which increase the risk of eating disorders.

1. Age-Anyone can suffer from this condition. However, a teenager or a young adult has higher chances of getting an eating disorder.

2. Gender- Females have higher risks of suffering from eating disorders than men.

3. Stress- Anyone who is going through any kind of emotional/mental stress has high chances of getting an eating disorder.

4. Family history-People who have a family history of this condition, i.e. their parents or siblings had suffered from it earlier, have higher chances of getting any kind of eating disorder.

5. Other mental disorders-Obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and anxiety are some mental disorders which may trigger this condition in an individual.

6. Profession-Athletes, sports persons, dancers, models or actors have higher chances of suffering from eating disorders because they always have this urge/want to look the best, so they starve themselves.
