Hi my baby is 2.5 months Will making him sleep on sides misshapen his head as said by the elders at home? Is breastfeeding while lying down safe?

You have to breastfeed by sitting position, even in midnight . Sleeping position is not good for kid.

Better do yoga , shershasanam ( head down n legs up) better do under yoga teacher supervision for two weeks n see the change .
