Hi, go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore your blood circulation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish your brain to calm your nerve to ease your problem. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Tk, homoeo medicines/ @ rawalfia q -10 drops with 2 tsfl of water, thrice a day. Avoid, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, junk food. Try to lower down ldl, cholesterol. Tk care.

I am suffering from IBS, I also travel a lot I have to eat outside food, lastime I was outstation I eat outside and in night watery loose motion, cramps and vomiting sensation was terrible I was feeling like dying as there was no doctor around where I was staying, I took tiniflox and omez 40, but my conditioned worsened, after 4 hours I was little normal. My doc told me take librax and lomotil if I face similar situation outstation next time, he also told me to to take Pan-d to reduce vomiting sensation. Will the above combination work good at least to sustain 2-3 days and keep me stable at outstation, before I visit my doctor after returning home, also as I travel a lot I feel vomiting sensation in bus, pls suggest any tablet which is safe and effective,

You should go through following regimen: 1. Avoid Milk, Ghee, Butter and oily food. 2. Use of buttermilk at least thrice a day after meals. 3. Take Bilwa Powder (Wood apple powder) 1 tea spoon thrice a day. 4. Take Jatiphaladi Churna 1 tea spoon thrice a day. 5. Hello. If the root of the hair is damaged, then nothing can be done! But if the hair root is alive, you can try homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Phosphorus 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

Your masterbation has nothing to do with memory or any other health condition. It is a normal thing whatever times you do it. But what I feel is you may be getting habituated or addicted to porn which has to be resolved with behaviour intervention. No need of shame or guilt on sexual act. That is causing problems. I am do regular exercise such as dips, skipping rope (150-200) and running (1-1.5 km. And I also maintain a proper diet. So it is helpful to achieve a better height. Meant is there any increase in heights? I want to weight gain too?

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

To control cold: -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts). -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Tablet nasorest-p twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . take cap. ecosprin gold-10 at night.

How To Eat Healthy and Stay Fit During Ramdaan!

Ramadan is a much-awaited month for various reasons. While some look forward to it for spiritual reasons, others look for the celebrations, and some others for the delicacies it brings along. Fasting for a full day is always followed by feasting, in most households. Some people begin shopping for stuff about a week or two before the starting date of Ramadan.

While it is definitely a time to feast, it is also important to eat healthy and not binge. The idea is to cleanse the mind and body of all sins, and so it is a good time to get back to better physical shape. Keep the following points in mind when planning the foods for this month-

  1. Ramadan is a time for cleansing, both physically and mentally, so there is no reason for fasting every single day.
  2. Because you fast through the day, it is not necessary to eat excessively over the time when it is possible. The body’s requirements do not change significantly, as there are always food reserves in the body
  3. Oily and greasy foods may be chosen with the belief that they can help you sustain without food for a longer time; this is not true. Oily and greasy foods, in fact, take a longer time to digest and also increase tiredness and fatigue. They are rich in fat, and so more fat reserves are accumulated.
  4. It is not necessary to spend long hours in the kitchen trying to cook up lavish meals, as the purpose of Ramadan is not just. It is more about self-contemplation and cleansing oneself.
  5. Eat foods which are easy to digest and also help in giving you energy. An added advantage would be to eat foods which have a cleansing or detox effect.
  6. Natural fruits and vegetables, dry fruits, grilled meat are good options.
  7. Also, take into account the regular work schedule and make sure your cooking and eating allows sufficient room for that.
  8. Sleep is another aspect which often gets ignored but is equally important. The body needs sleep as much as, or in some people, more than food. Lack of it can lead to fatigue, drowsiness, confusion, and fainting.
  9. Prophet himself has advised that only a few mouthfuls of food needs to be consumed.
  10. Fasting is a good way to give the body a break (digestive and other systems) and help natural detoxification.
  11. Do not skip exercise completely during this period. Stick to regular, light exercises which are comfortable.
  12. Many people tend to put on weight, but a little planning can help not just in avoiding this, but in reducing weight too. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.
