No its definitely not going to affect your brain or any part of your body. Its totally normal to have discomfort with braces initially. It happens because your teeth are moving slowly inside your jaw as the braces are aligning your teeth with mild force. You can rinse your mouth with lukewarm water to get temporary relief from this discomfort. The discomfort will subside on its own after two days.

you got decay on tooth..
you have to go for filling of decayed tooth from dentist soon..
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you:
- practice good oral hygiene.
- Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque.
- Don't forget to brush the tongue, too.
- Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness.
- Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day.
- See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor.
- Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist.
- Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Hi
in sarcoidosis teeth become demineralized and there is low calcium in teeth.
If doctor is suggesting rct you should go for it.
Asked for female, 20 years old from Sagar
Any erupting wisdom tooth will push its way out through gum and causes extra tissue to form around the tooth. When chewing, this tissue is trapped between upper and lower teeth which causes pain due to biting that extra gum. You can do warm salt water gargling. But its very important to get it checked by the dentist and take appropriate antibiotic to prevent complications.

Your old cap measurement must have changed and there must be slight gap created where all food must be getting stuck. Pls get cleaning of that area and if dentist suggests then pls replace that old cap with new cap.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth.
- floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque.
- control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth.
- stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.
- eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque.
- try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line.
- have your dentures aligned as needed.
- you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.
