Hello, I would suggest that you take medication for a short time. That will help you control your symptoms. And while you are on medication, try other things I am suggesting and take proactive your to modify your life style and take charge of your life. Once you follow through regularly you will see positive changes in about 4 to 6 weeks. Once that happens you may consult your doctor again and explain him all that you are doing and try to stop medicine. It will work in your best interest. Both anxiety and panic attacks are manifestation of chronic stress in your daily life. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

Lybrate-userji, looking at the blood sugar report, it is clear that she has very high levels, (t2 diabetes). Needs to be treated with appropriate drugs, diet control and daily exercise. The problem must have been there for over a few months, that is why sugar levels are so high. Along with the treatment for diabetes, please get her eyes checked for ruling out any possibility of diabetic retinopathy. Go to any good eye specialist and get retinal examination done within next few days. If you want me advise on specific drug treatment and other details, then please come in a private conversation where I can guide specifically including giving prescriptions for the same. If your fibroscan is normal then you don't have cirrhosis or fibrosis. Your livers texture is normal. Check also liver functions, get a lft done. If it's also normal then you don't have to worry about it chronic liver disease. Hbsag and anti hcv should also be done, these if found positive will definitely cause liver damage, treatment is available for them so need not to worry. I think you should go for cystoscopy or tranrectal usg. Consult a urologist and if he finds any abnormality he can suggest you biopsy. But these conditions can better be understand by a urologist.

For example, you may learn to identify and control the sensations that lead up to ejaculation. And you may learn to communicate with your partner to slow or stop stimulation. Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. You are 17 years old girl and your body mass index is only 12.85. You r suffering from underweight. Your bmi should be 17- 23 and your ideal weight should be 49- 60kg. So please improve your weight and you should eat protein rich diet in your food like fish, meat, beans, seed, eggs, milk, cheese and chicken. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose belly fat: first you should follow diet plan to reduce belly fat: * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce belly fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga.
