How to make pennis nerves hard bec of masturbation my penis wil get down soon while doing sex wat to do for this?

How to make pennis nerves hard bec of masturbation my penis wil get down soon while doing sex wat to do for this?
Hello- Dry masturbation always hurt the penis musculature and nerve supply, apart from it, masturbation technique can also affect the performance. Do use a good lubrication during masturbation, you can use virgin olive oil or almond oil for that purpose, masturbate using full hand, and make sure the grip is firm and not loose, avoid hard strokes as it will lead to further damage. Regular oiling will solve your issue and your problem will be solved.

I am a 35 year old woman. For the last 9 months I have been experiencing on and off some discomfort when I eat certain types of food or aerated drinks, beers, wine. My stomach gets bloated and I get a slight pain (similar to a cramp) in my stomach and in the area above the navel. As soon as I start belching I get relief. I am confused as it does not happen every time I have that particular type of food. Sometimes I dont get it at all for 10 days in a row although eating everything and then suddenly it happens for 2-3 days in a row. Hence I am unable to identify which food or drink is affecting me.. Seems like some sort of gas problem but how can I treat this as it is going on for too long. Kindly advise.

u seem to be suffring from acidity -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee, tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Stop smoking. & Avoid alcohol;Stress may increase stomach acids -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Lose weight; Extra fat places pressure on abdomen, pushing gastric juices up  -Do daily exercise.like walking; It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. -Review the medications;that cause acidity: like pain relievers/ antibiotics/Iron tablets HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food  -Juices-Citrus drinks such as orange, tomato juice ,grape fruit, and pineapple juice are very acidic and can cause acid reflux. Other juices like apple, carrot, aloe vera,-are less acidic and thus safe..  -TREATMENT: -Antacids: for mild symptoms, likeMucaine gel, may give relief.  -For severe cases, tablet Pantocid –DSR are taken once/twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

Sir/Mam, I ate calcium carbide treated banana for 8 months and I am suffering from dyspnea (shortness of breath). What should I do please suggest.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine, DM - Cardiology, Fellowship in EP
Cardiologist, Delhi
Don't worry about calcium carbide. Reduce fruits in diet, add nuts and yoghurt/cheese instead of too much fruits. Balanced diet is better than modern propaganda diet. Learn from people who are healthy at 90 instead of trusting new fashions.

Undergoing Dialysis - What To Expect From It?

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine, DM - Nephrology
Nephrologist, Bangalore
Undergoing Dialysis - What To Expect From It?

The kidneys are the purifiers of the body; they help in removing the waste from the body through the urine. In those suffering from kidney diseases, the function of the kidney is affected, and so their ability to clear out waste from the body is reduced and completely lost gradually. However, waste continues to form, and therefore, such patients have to undergo dialysis, where the blood is purified through an external device.

The frequency and duration of the dialysis would depend on how effectively the kidneys are still functioning and how much waste has been formed from the time of the previous dialysis session. The person’s overall body mass index (BMI) and the water weight gained are also considered.

Once it is decided that a person’s kidneys are damaged and dialysis is required, the person has to prepare for a long-term process. The following outlines what to expect before, during, and after the dialysis sessions.

Before the session:

Since most people prefer to get it done at a dialysis centre, it is preferable to plan for it, three treatments a week on an average, with each session lasting about 4 to 4 hours.

During the session:

  1. The blood flows through the dialysis device, which acts as an artificial kidney. The sequence of events are as follows:
  2. The Weight is checked
  3. Vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and pulse are checked.
  4. The access areas are washed, and needles are used to connect these areas to the dialysis machine. Anesthesia may be used in the beginning to reduce the pain in this area.
  5. The same access areas are used for each session, and over a period of time, buttonholes are formed which is like a small tunnel.
  6. Though the session would last about 3 to 4 days, normal activities can be done, including reading, working on a laptop, watching television, or even sleeping.
  7. Once the dialysis session is complete, the tube will be removed and a dressing is placed over the site.

After the session

The same site is used each time for the dialysis, so for the first couple of sessions, there could be discomfort. There could also be nausea, diarrhoea, cramping, and headaches.
The treatment needs to be adjusted based on symptoms, so please let the doctor know if you experience any symptoms.

Call the doctor if you are facing the following:

  1. Bleeding from the access site
  2. Inflammatory signs around the site
  3. Persistent fever of over 104 degrees
  4. Numbness or weakness in the arms
  5. Confusion, drowsiness, or cognition problems

Though initially uncomfortable, once you get into the dialysis schedule, you will notice the difference of how cleansed you will feel after each session.
