lybrate users if you are staying together for more than a year and still not able to become pregnant than you should require to do following test for you s tsh, s prolactin, s estradiol, s amh, pelvic ultrasonography and semen analysis of husband before starting for any type of treatment, if you already have done than please send me I will guide you thanks.

lybrate user I understood your concern and my opinion is that yes you should directly go for amniocentesis if trisomy 21 risk is 1 in 50, there are other non invasive prenatal diagnostic tests available but they are not confirmatory, I hope my answers help you

I understood your concern and My opinion is that you should go for assisted reproductive technique such as IUI-Intra uterine insemination along with OVULATION induction drugs for atleast 4-6 months
It will defiantely help you in getting pregnacy

first treatment for your cycle regularisation is weight reduction only. You try to reduce 4-5 kg weight that will drastically improve your cycle there are hormonal pills for regularisation of cycle but I can't give as you are planning for pregnancy you should once do following test also pelvic usg s tsh s prolactin sometimes abnormalities in this hormones also cause cycle irregularities thanks.
