Migraine is a complex disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of headache, most often unilateral and in some cases associated with visual or sensory symptoms—collectively known as an aura—that arise most often before the head pain but that may occur during or afterward . Migraine is most common in women and has a strong genetic component Signs and symptoms Typical symptoms of migraine include the following: 1.Throbbing or pulsatile headache, with moderate to severe pain that intensifies with movement or physical activity 2.Unilateral and localized pain in the frontotemporal and ocular area, but the pain may be felt anywhere around the head or neck 3.Pain builds up over a period of 1-2 hours, progressing posteriorly and becoming diffuse 4.Headache lasts 4-72 hours 5.Nausea (80%) and vomiting (50%), including anorexia and food intolerance, and light-headedness 6.Sensitivity to light and sound Features of migraine aura are as follows: 1.May precede or accompany the headache phase or may occur in isolation 2.Usually develops over 5-20 minutes and lasts less than 60 minutes 3.Most commonly visual but can be sensory, motor, or any combination of these 4.Visual symptoms may be positive or negative 5.The most common positive visual phenomenon is the scintillating scotoma, an arc or band of absent vision with a shimmering or glittering zigzag border Physical findings during a migraine headache may include the following: *Cranial/cervical muscle tenderness *Horner syndrome (ie, relative miosis with 1-2 mm of ptosis on the same side as the headache) *Conjunctival injection *Tachycardia or bradycardia *Hypertension or hypotension *Hemisensory or hemiparetic neurologic deficits (ie, complicated migraine) *Adie-type pupil (ie, poor light reactivity, with near dissociation from light) Homoeopathic constitutional treatment cures this malady completely since it goes to the root of the disease and removes this tendency permanently. It's good that you are not having symptoms of ocd currently, pramipexole is good for rls, but sometimes it also happens with deficiency of iron and folic acid, so you can take bcomplex along with iron capsules and pramipexole.

Diet with starvation will lead to rebound eating. Please avoid staying hungry. Please take fruits/snacks like banana / apple / almonds / dhokla / sprouts / buttermilk in the evening. Eat more proteins in every meal. That will help you to stay filled for a longer duration.

Take usg scrotum to exclude any testicular growth after consulting surgeon and follow the advice and treatment. If required a biopsy of swelling has to be taken to find out the cause of swelling.

It is very risky to do so. This technique is termed as coitus interruptus and is highly risk as sometimes the precum (a prostratic discharge just before ejaculation) that discharges without knowledge before ejaculation contains few sperms and hence accidents can happen -------------so be smart but not oversmart because accidents do happen but do not invite accidents to happen------------------

Hello, Diet recommendations are based on medical issues, physical activity, gender etc. No diet can be same for everyone. Just to give you a generic idea Small and frequent meals will help. Having 3 lts water will help. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are very healthy. Exercise for atleast an hour is vital. Avoid junk and oily food.

Indigestion - Ayurvedic Tips For It!

Indigestion can often give rise to issues like heartburn, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation and gas. If the problem of indigestion is not treated on time, it can lead to even greater issues like gastroesophageal reflux and irritable bowel syndrome. Ayurveda recognises a concept known as Ama, which can be defined as the toxins created by indigestion. There are many ways to treat to indigestion in an Ayurvedic way. Let us look at the top ten tips for the same:
1. Aloe Vera: An ounce of Aloe Vera a day will keep indigestion away. Break off, a leaf and scoop some gel into a smoothie for smooth digestion.
2. Turmeric: Haldi or Turmeric helps in reducing bloating and is one of the most commonly used spices found in Ayurveda. This spice is a staple in Indian cooking as well, where pretty much all dishes are seasoned with cooked Turmeric.
3. Timely Intake of Meals: For better digestion, one must take meals at the same time everyday. Also, do not sit down for the next meal before the previous meal has been digested properly.
4. Avoiding Unhealthy Food: One must avoid unhealthy food that are excessively fried, fatty, sweet or cold so as to aid the digestive fires in doing their job effectively.
5. Triphala: This combination of three fruits ensures that your digestive system remains in good working condition.
6. Water: One must have at least three litres of water a day, in order to flush the toxins out and take care of mental hunger. 
7. Sleep: Sleep is a major factor that cures stress and creates a balance of sorts in one's routine, thus aiding proper digestion.
8. Exercise: Some form of movement and exercise is imperative to keep the digestive system in prime working condition. Walk and Yoga, especially are ideal to boost one's digestive health.
9. Meditation: This is one of the best ways to give digestion a positive push with a good dose of mindfulness and awareness for better balance in the body.
10. Massage: A good oil massage on a regular basis keeps the blood flow in order and ensures that all the organs function well.
In Ayurveda, the point is to heal and prevent, which is why the methods tend to get to the root of the problem.

The 7-day detox diet plan:

Smooth digestion and absorption of nutrients along with your liver's efficient processing of toxins are absolutely critical for great health. That's why a cleanse program can be a powerful tool to rejuvenate your body and skin from the inside out.

The key to comfortable cleanse is to ease yourself into the program, so that your body doesn't go into a shock. Five days before you begin your detox diet plan, progressively eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars, saturated fats and all processed foods. These can add as toxins in your body.

Increase fiber intake to help keep your colon clean. Along with the fiber from fruits and vegetables, include two tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water to eliminate toxins from your body. Don't forget to drink lots of filtered water- at least eight glasses per day.

Another deterrent to good health is stress, as it triggers your body to release stress hormones. It's a good idea to cleanse stressful life situations along with your body. Keep a diary and take a note not only of what you eat and drink but also your emotions.

I hope you are sufficiently motivated, now let's get started with the specifics of your personal detox diet plan.

Day 1

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.


Breakfast:

  • Fresh vegetables juice (choose from the list below)
  • Carrots
  • Beetroot
  • Celery
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Wheatgrass
  • Spinach
  • Kale

Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your juice, for that extra fiber and power boost. (i don't recommend juicing fruits as that will shoot up your sugar levels and we don't want that happening).

Lunch: Raw or lightly steamed vegetables with a variety of seasonal preferably organic vegetables.

You can choose from the following:

  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Mustard leaves
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Beetroot
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicums
  • Pumpkins
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Dinner: Vegetable stew

In a large saucepan, saute onions and garlic. Then add your favourite veggies, saute for another 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of filtered water and sea salt. Slow cook till the veggies are done. You could blend the ingredients for a thick broth or eat it as is with chunks of veggies.

Snacks: drink as much water, unsweetened herbal tea as you wish during the day. Aim for at least 8 glass of water within the day. Make a trail mix of nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds. Eat low gi fruits like guava, pear, apple, orange, strawberries, peach, plums and apricots.


Day 2

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in. Choose from the list of juicing vegetables provided earlier.

Lunch: Lightly cooked vegetables with quinoa and baby spinach salad.

Dinner: Vegetable stew with stir-fried red and yellow capsicums and broccoli, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snack list given for day 1.


Day 3

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.

Breakfast: 3/4 of cup of natural yoghurt with sliced fresh fruits, sprinkle with chia seeds, sliced almonds and walnuts and drizzle with a little raw honey if desired. You can follow this with green tea or herb tea.

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable stew

Saute 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal, 1 cup of your favourite veggies, small pieces of ginger and two cloves of garlic in some extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste. Slow cook till the dal and veggies are done, garnish with coriander or parsley.

Dinner: Raw papaya and carrot salad

Toss 2 cups of lettuce, 1 grated carrot and 1/2 raw papaya together. Mix 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice and drizzle over the top.

Any time snacks: choose from the snack list

 

Day 4

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: coconut banana power smoothie

100 grams of natural yoghurt or organic coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of cold pressed coconut oil, and 1 or 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender.

Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable stew with a cup of quinoa or amaranth.

Dinner: Lentil and vegetable stew.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snack list


Day 5

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in.

Lunch: Steamed vegetables of choice with fresh herbs, drizzled with olive oil and crushed pumpkin seeds. Combine this with 1/2 cup organic brown rice and a handful of almonds. 

Dinner: Salad of fresh rocket leaves with thinly sliced strips of red capsicum, slices of fresh mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Toss with virgin olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snacks.


Day 6

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.

Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Make a fruit compote of dried prunes, apricots, peaches and apples pre-soaked in filtered water and sprinkled with flaked almonds and 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. Have it with some plain yogurt.

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable soup with 1/2 cup of brown rice and amaranth.

Dinner: Raw papaya and carrot salad

Any time snacks: choose from the snack list.


Day 7

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.

Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Coconut banana power smoothie

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable soup with tossed greens, dressed with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Accompany with a handful of raw almonds and raisins.

Dinner: Grilled mushrooms with green salad, sweet potato mash and 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Hello lybrate-user the question is incomplete as he did not mentioned about his metabolism and how the strength got lowering. He is married or bachelor. Erectile dysfunction is only due to excessive indulgence in sex or due to excessive masturbation. I would like to suggest to stop masturbating now if you have or not to indulge in sex extremely. You may follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk every day before sunrises. You may use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi and nuts every day before going to bed and at breakfast. Avoid oily or junk food stuff, sour products e. G. Pickles etc and yogurt. Try to use rich proteins and nourishing diets.

Fever- take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the morning and arsenic album 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the evening for 4 days. Take light and easily digestible food and complete rest. Drink lots of water to hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body.

U should avoid using external application of such ointment. Proper symptoms is important in its treatment. Avoid oily n spicy food take fibrous rich food try homoeopathic medicine it's very effective. External application ointment will suppress the cases instead of curing it. So such things.

It is not that you have to wait if you want to conceive, but with PCOS it may take time in conceiving. So start doing regular exercise and take healthy nutritious diet, will help in conceiving.
