Daily do breathing exercises and meditation. If possible do surya namaskaar. Drink a glass of lemonade daily without sugar empty stomach in morning. You may take homoeopathic medicines for better results.

Loosing 50 to 60 strand on daily basis is normal.Growth and fall ratio is 80:20.Always 20 percent of the hair are into fall phase.Loosing hair while oiling,washing and combing is normal.If the hair comes out even on slightest touch or if you notice lot of hair on pillow then it is considered as hair fall. In initial practicing of Yoga or any spcfc exervcises, the body pains, muscular pains are commn..for that u need not to take any pain killers unless if its very sever. Try to take more water, replace with minerals.. coconut water, spcfc electrolyte water[available in medical shops.. as sachets.. u can mix it with water &drink to compensate the deficiency or loss of minerals due to exercises]

HI…1) apply mixture of aloe vera gel and divya godhan ark on lips, two times in a day, gives you good result in 30 days…thanks.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear l u:- you r suffering from refractive error. You need urgently complete refractive error correction.

As the color of the sputum has changed from dark to light it is showing improvement my suggestion is don't add on any medication just take steam inhalation regularly everyday till you recover.
