Doctor can we consume soybeans daily? Why becoz I am going for gym so trainer said to consume soybeans for gaining the proteins. But some of my friends told that it's not good for health. So I need it suggestion.

  1. Do not pop: Avoid popping the acne which appear on your skin. Cystic acnes should never be popped because of their depth and popping or squeezing will make them worse. The more you touch them, the more they tend to worsen, and permanent scars may be left.
  2. Ice: Applying ice cubes directly to the acne affected area for some time constricts the blood vessels in the cyst. By applying ice, the size and redness of the acne get reduced.
  3. Proper skin care: You should maintain a simple skin care routine and avoid scented moisturizers. Before applying any lotion, ensure that your skin is clean and exfoliated. Use oil free and non-scented moisturizers.

After coming from college I have my lunch (2 chapati and vegetable)) and then I sleep for 1.5-2 hours approx. I hit the gym around 30 - 40 min after waking up and don't have anything in between. Even after waking up, there seems to be a fullness in stomach and even in the gym for a while. It didn't use to happen before. Also after post workout protein shake I feel Fuller even an hour of having it, possible because I have changed my protein and it is heavier.

Hello, you should go for healthy and sensible weight reduction program which would reduce your weight maintaining the good nourished body and immune system at the same time! Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Medication for obesity: Start taking Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals (for weight reduction) and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily - both for 1 month.
