Have faith in your doctor. Dextrocardia is just a congenital anomaly and not a heart disease but if pacemaker is fitted then there must be some reason.

Creatine is a natural substance that turns into creatine phosphate in the body. Creatine phosphate helps make a substance called adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP provides the energy for muscle contractions. The body produces some of the creatine it uses. It also comes from protein-rich foods such as meat or fish.Taking it is associated with side effects

Raised blood pressure is not a disease in itself. It is just a sign of some underlying disorder. Homeopathy offers good prognosis for cases of essential hypertension. The treatment is based upon the cause and the totality of the case. A constitutional homoeopathic treatment will cure you permanently. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Dear Lybrateuser, -Along with the medication you have be very careful about your diet as you had a ulcer -avoid spicy, fried & junk food completely, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than 3 large meals as an empty stomach will aggravate your condition, do not skip meals, have meals on time, give about 1-2 hrs before you lye down after meals, avoid tea, coffee, cold drinks, alcohol, tobacco if you consume -do not stop medicines unless told by your doctor as in your case you have to continue it, stopping it will give rise to pain -consult a gastroenterologist for investigation & proper medication for your problem.

My homocysteine level was 10, took folvite mb for 3 months, now value is 40.
Should I stop taking folvite mb capsule....
Normal homocysteine levels in the blood between 4 and 15 micromoles/liter (µmol/L). Any measurement above 15 is considered high and Folic acid deficiency is associated with elevated levels of homocysteine In my opinion you should continue T. Folvite you need to consult good Physician.

Smoking even one cigarette is hazardous for the heart. Five is bad and chain smoking is worst. Smoke not only contain tar but about 100 chemicals and most of them are bad. Heart attack with instant death is the most dreaded impact. Quit it completely and instantly. Start chewing gum and cardamom whenever you get a feeling of smoking. In just 3-4 weeks, you would have quit smoking. Eat fresh fruits, drink 3 litres of water, a normal home made food.

It's safer to consult doctor and explore cause of your tachycardia I.e. fast beats. For tachycardia, yogasans help better than gym exercises. Practise shavasan and pranayam. Moderate exercise is also good.

Always experiencing palpation on my heart during the mid of the night. Waking up from nightmare, throat feeling sore, feet feels on fire, stomach rumbling, and neck feels tight! Especially during a cold weather day, or after I am extremely tired during the day time. To me it's more like a heart attack, but I've even appeared in the emergency room, they told me my heart looked OK. This pattern has been repetitively occurred like a myth for four years without an accurate diagnose. All I can say is that I self- diagnose myself as Chronic fatigue syndrome for 4 years too. Could you tell me what is wrong with me (chances of anxiety is very low), I'm waiting for a more reasonable answer!

Always experiencing palpation on my heart during the mid of the night. Waking up from nightmare, throat feeling sore,...
To rule whether it is from heart or not, you will need a Stress Echo and for the palpitations a Electrophysiology Study, in this we study your heart rhythm to see if you are having any abnormally fast or slow heart beat and if we find any we can treat it. A mere ECg will not be able to diagnose all this. So my advise is that instead of self diagnosing yourself get your self properly evaluated. Get your TSH, lipid profile done as well.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Back exercises. Many people go to physiotherapists with back pain. Here are two exercises that help to relieve pain and reduce stiffness in the back: •Dear, 1. Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. OSee Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2.Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain Low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Some spine specialists consider physical therapy sooner, particularly if the pain is severe. •Read more: Exercise and Back Pain In general, the goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain, increase function, and provide education on a maintenance program to prevent further recurrences. A physical therapy program for back pain usually has two components: 1.Passive physical therapy to help reduce the patient's pain to a more manageable level 2.Active exercises Passive Physical Therapy - Modalities Acutely, the physical therapist may focus on decreasing pain with passive physical therapy (modalities). These therapies are considered passive because they are done to the patient. Examples of modalities include: •Heat/ice packs •TENS units •Iontophoresis •Ultrasound.

Hello, Diabetes is a metabolic problem which can lead to other minor/major complications. You have not mentioned your cholesterol values so that I can recommend you to visit a physician who can prescribe you cholesterol lowering medicines. Ideally unless the values, are really high it can be really managed well without medications. All you need to correct is your lifestyle and eating habits.
