Chest pain irregular heartbeat and Anxiety trouble sleeping fear in public place.

Chest pain irregular heartbeat and Anxiety trouble sleeping fear in public place.
Dear Lybrate user You seem to be an introvert and social anxiety. Anxiety may disturb your sleep and also cause physical stuff like you have mentioned chest pain and irregular heartbeats. Anxiety has become very common these days. Monitor your negative thoughts that you have which make you anxious and challange those thoughts. Like your fear in public places challenge this thing amd think what is fearful in this? Many people are easily living in society with no fear at all. If you are very much conscious about yourself then stop getting carried away for the same. Try to think rationally about things which make you anxious. Remember being an introvert is not bad and introverts have the strengths as well. Identify your strengths and work on them feel proud that you have them. Many people do not have it. Have a good and timely sleep. Feed your body with good nutritious food and that too on time. Do meditation or yoga or a brisk walk in the morning. Spend time with people you love people with whom you are happy amd comfortable. Make goals in your life if you have not already. Goals regarding health finance relationships etc. And work hard to achieve them. Following your goals is a pleasant and satisfactory feeling. You can also take Mind Training from us and that too online by staying at your home only just like many other people. Contact me for more information regarding this. Good luck. Take care.

1) cresar (Telmisartan) and amlodepin are 2 different drugs. 2) Cresar is a better drug to start with. 3) Cresar H is a combination of two medicines and is more effective in BP lowering. 4) But medication alone do not help unless accompanied with lifestyle changes like daily exercise for 30-35 mins, healthy diet, salt control avoid eating high salty food like chips, namkeens, pickles, papads etc, quit smoking and drinking (if you do) 5) Also I hope your lipid profile and echo has been done, if not please get them done.

First you get tested for diabetes type 1 or type 2 which is maturity onset. Type 1 needs only insulin + diet therapy. Type 2 is controlled with medicines + diet and type 2 rarely requires insulin & type 1 is never controlled with medicines, insulin is the only therapy.

Both can detect blockages, angiography is more specific but it is invasive, needs a day in hospital, ct is also specific for heart blockages and it is a walk in test, regarding radiation risks-same for both.

Overweight problems are always related to high blood pressure and anxiety. Anxiety is one of the most distressing emotions because of the co related physiology is so severe - heart pounding, stomach churning, shaking, dizziness and variety of other symptoms give you further cause to worry. The physical symptoms of anxiety play a great part in this over estimation of threat perception, as they are seen themselves as significant indicators that something is seriously wrong. Participating in physical activity reduces these symptoms. Meditation and relaxation therapy are also useful. Mindfulness exercises help a lot in anxiety related issues.

Risk of Cardiovascular Disease

Homocysteine is found to be resposible for severe hardening of arteries despite of normal cholesterol level thus increasing the risk of developing heart disease.

What is homocysteine?

It is an intermediate by- product that we produce when our bodies break down an essential amino acid called methionine. Methionine is found in large quantities in meat, eggs, milk, cheese, white flour, canned foods and highly processed foods. Our body need methionine to survive. Our body normally convert homocysteine into either cysteine or back to methionine again.

Cystenine & methionine are benign products and are not harmful in any way, but the enzymes needed to break down homocystine into cystine or back to methionine need folic acid, vitamin b12 and vitamin b6 to do their job. If these vitamins are deficient then levels of homocysteine in the blood begin to rise and so as the risk of developing heart disease.

Going vegetarian and eating lots of fruits and vegetables to fulfill the requirement of vitamin b group is easy way to keep your heart healthy.
