Hi if you have to sit for long time or travel in bike for long time in your job please follow proper positioning of your body during work or travel. Choose proper chair/table/seat height and alignment. Follow simple free exercise everyday that you might have done in school days during sports day like lifting arms, legs, twisting body segments before work. Walking will mobilise all your joints- a better way to exercise your joints or swimming is a best exercise.

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. I want to ask you about my problem of acidity which continue from the last four months.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

My husband suffers Acidity and Snoring since v got married (almost 2 years back). Recently he had a blood test and v discovered that his total cholesterol levels are high at 260mm/Hg. Another big problem is his very very low sex drive. And also premature ejaculation. He gets nightfall also quite frequently. Please Help. Wat can b probable reasons for all the above stated problems. There are two kinds of exercises which your body needs one is cardio vascular which consists of running, cycling, skipping, swimming. And the other is weight training like squats, lunges, push ups etc. Your body requires both type of training to get the ideal body shape. Along with that you also need to eat clean. To lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Do muscle building exercise to gain weight.Eat extra amount of food than before.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk.Take dense fruits like banana,pear,apple,guava etc.Use dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,corn,carrot,beet etc.Take more fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking extra.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink plenty of water but not during meals.These are basic but if you want to know more details about foods consult me privately on lybrate.

Whey is just a milk protein. Any protein if taken when needed by the body is fine. Ideally the supplement should be taken depending on your routine exercise diet etc. For it to benefit. No supplement will work in isolation. It has to be a part of a healthy nutritious diet.
