Donot think in that way. Heart related problem arise after certain age. If you have any doubt please go for detailed check up like echo ecg and blood tests. If reports are normal then be fearless. But follow a diet that has less fat and junk food.

Maintain normal body weight, exercise regularly, take low amount of salt, reduce stress. If bp is still high, take medicines to control it under supervision of a physician/cardiologist.

5 Signs and Symptoms of Heart Attack

Your heart gives you warning signs before the onset of a major problem. You may not even know that you are at risk of one or more heart diseases if you fail to notice these small signs that your heart sends out. Even a minor symptom, like chest pain, can indicate that your heart may be in trouble. While there could be many causal factors for a heart condition, here some symptoms, which are possible indications of a heart disease and should not be ignored in any case.

1. Chest pain or discomfort - This symptom is the most common one, which indicates that your heart is not healthy. It usually comes in the form of a pain, pressure or tightness in the chest and may happen due to a blocked artery. This may be an early warning sign of a heart attack and you should seek professional advice before it turns into a major problem.

2. Excessive sweatingIf you often sweat without any valid reason, it might be a sign to be concerned for. The sweating experienced will feel more like the one that arises due to stress rather than common perspiration experienced due to any vigorous physical activity.

3. Difficulty in breathing - Shortness of breath is an indication that you are at high risk of getting a heart attack. The symptom includes having difficulty in breathing and feels similar to the panting experienced after a long run.

4. Nausea and frequent stomach problems - If you experience nausea, heartburn, indigestion or abdominal pain frequently, it may be the result of an unhealthy heart. Of course, these signs may be due to other diseases as well, but if you experience any of the other symptoms of heart problems too, it's highly probable that your heart is in trouble.

5. Exhaustion - If you fall into the high-risk zone of being a potential heart patient, you may feel exhausted after doing some simple chores, which didn't tire you earlier. Common examples may be climbing the stairs or carrying something from your doorstep inside the house to name a few.

I have 26 years old. My blood pressure is 130 to 88mmhg doctor I have drink alcohol some time any any problem please ...
You need to understand about high blood pressure.  Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90, anything above or below is is abnormal. Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) Your hormone levels 4) your lifestyle - smoking, drinking, exercise  You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up. High blood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. DASH lowers high blood pressure and improves levels of cholesterol. This reduces your risk of getting heart disease. The DASH Diet Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, nuts, and vegetable oils. Limits sodium, sweets, sugary beverages, and red meats. Along with DASH, other lifestyle changes can help lower your blood pressure. They include staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and not smoking. My advice to you would be 1) Keep a BP daily record for at least one week 2) Basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues 3) unless any recent evaluation has been done I would advice these test ECG ECHO Lipid Profile TSH KFT  Renal doppler  Get back to me with a detailed history and  old / new records for a better individualized advice.

Slow passing of urine is not due to proteins in urine. It may be a sign of prostate. You will need a usg (sonography) with residual urine to rule out prostate. Urine proteins suggest either infection or slight kidney damage due to diabetes or blood pressure. Please do 2 tests s. Creatinine and microalbumin to rule out these pathologies.

My Grandmother aged 90 fell down. She was taken to hospital with heavy nose bleeding. Blood was coming from her nose and mouth. The Doctor used gauze and splint to stop bleeding. It happened at around 9.30 am on 5th May ie yesterday. Today ie on 6th May at around 12 pm the Doctor came and removed the gauze and splint. After sometime nose bleeding started again. The Doctor told that inner artilleries or veins may be broken. He also used Vbeam laser to remove dilated vessels on outer part. She is a heart patient. She has a missing heartbeat in every minute. Please help me fast.

Hello lybrate-user do not panic firstly she has injured her nose so tiny blood vessels inside of nose over the centre partition will have opened up leading to bleeding. First aid measures like pinching the nose than application of cold compression will stop the bleeding. But the doctor has packed and later removed so nothing to worry. Just get an xray nasal bones to rule out any fracture. Take care.

Try meditation, morning and evening brisk walking for at least 30 minutes regularly. Reduce salt intake. Keep record of bp atleast every week. If smoking, stop smoking. Or taking tobacco in any form. Must stop taking it. If obese try to reduce weight. Eat lot of green vegetable. Try for three month if bp not controlled. Consult for starting medicine.

My Mom suffered a minor Stroke two months back. After that she was treated and as per Doctors advice she is good and fine. Doctors said the main reason was of Hypertension. CT scan test was been done and various tests been done whatever Doctors decided to do. Now the problem is that she feels a kind of heaviness and nerves stretchiness and a bit of pain in her left side till her knee portion. We discuss the matter with the Doctors and they said that it is a stroke effect and it will heal naturally by itself. I approach to Neurologist and discuss the matter and the Neurologist said the same thing as the Doctors said. As per Doctors advice she needs to take B. P medicine and Sugar medicine for life long. Now my question is that it's been a more than two months she had minor stroke but she still feels that kind of heaviness and nerves stretchiness sometimes pain in her left part of her body. Is this true as per Doctors advice she will be fine and it will get healed naturally. Please advice your suggestions to what is next to be done.

Heaviness and nerve stretch in left thigh could be due to sciatica. Patient lie on her back and tell her to lift her right leg up to 90 degree. Then lift her left leg up to 90 degree. In sciatica she will get pain if she lift beyond 45 degree. While standing straight normal person can bend forward and touch her own toes with her fingers. In sciatica she may not be able to touch her toes. Hard bed (with cushion), hot fomentation of lower back may help. Patient lie on her abdomen. Flex (bend) legs to touch thigh may help. Get it confirmed by surgeon and take medication as per his advice.
