I am 22 years old healthy boy. I am not satisfy with my penis size. I want make it little more long. I have a uncircumcised penis. #1 – “The Ultimate Stretcher” Grasp the head of your phallus (glans) firmly. Pay attention not to cut off too much blood circulation (you should not feel any discomfort). Pull and stretch it outwards in front of you with enough force to feel painless stretch inside the shaft and base of your willy. Hold it in that position for 10 to 30 seconds. Rest for a while and then repeat. Do this daily for 5 to 10 minutes. Extra tip: You should stretch it to all sides – up in the direction of your stomach, down between your thighs, to the left and the right as well. Do this for the same amount of time as instructed above. “The Thumb Stretcher” Grasp the tip of your “manhood” with one hand. Hold it firmly, but naturally! Again, do not cut off too much blood circulation or cause yourself any discomfort. Use your other hand to place thumb at the base of your penis. Then start to pull it away until you feel that stretch in it. Hold this position for around 10-15 seconds, then release. Have a short break and then repeat this whole process again. You can continue doing this for 2½ up to 5 minutes in one session. My advice: You can do one or two sessions during the day. This technique is very similar to the first exercise on this list. However, there are some differences you need to pay attention to. You will need to follow these steps: Use your right hand to bring your dick outwards. Grasp your glans firmly but gently. Then you need to start stretching and rotate your little buddy at the same time. You should do this for 30 seconds for clockwise direction. Then you can switch your hands (if you want to) and repeat that movement for another 30 seconds in the counter-clockwise direction. All this makes for one session, and you can do five a day. This will force it to stretch downwards like in other techniques mentioned here already. Doing this should make your dick size larger gradually – in a permanent way. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fried and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid fatty food,carbonated Drink like soda/ soft drink/Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, potato, lentil,lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread.Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. .Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10.Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days. 11.consult Gastro enterologist for further advice

1.Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. 2.Mix 1 gm of garlic paste with a glass of buttermilk. Drink this buttermilk twice a day. 3.Grind 10 gm of roasted watermelon seeds. Add the powder to 2 cups of water and boil for about 15 minutes. Strain the liquid and consume daily in the morning and evening.

I am 29 years old. Whenever I eat spicy iteams, nect day I will go motion many times, and also frequent urination, this is making me difficult to travel in bus, even if I have 2 plates of masala poori the next day motion I go many times, any remedies for this, please let me know.

He is having fever from yesterday and he had vomiting also. I gave him t98 for fever and ondem for vomit. Doctor said it's Gastroenteritis, but he is not passing loose stools so I doubt. Today he's having fever only not vomit. But fever is about 102. Please suggest.

All cases may not be alike. Sometime fever can be accompany before ,during or after vomiting, or loose motions. Follow your doctor or take second opinion. God bless you.
