Suffering from pcod. Its been 1 year 6 months ago I Married n planning to Conceive so Dr. suggested me to take varunadi khata and m2 tone syrup to cure pcod and other doctor suggested me to take metformin and folsafe for pcod. 1.In PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome )many small cysts appear in ovary-causing hormonal imbalance and .there is production of excess Testosterone. Diet rich in Omega 3 Fatty acid reducece excess Testosterone and can be used in the treatment 2.They secrete more androgen 3.The symptoms are weight gain,acne, decreased ovulation, irregular period, infertility, depression, extra facial and body hair, hair loss from scalp, insulin resistance causing Diabetes. 4.it is genetically inherited,runs in families 5.it can be diagnosed by pelvic laparoscopy/vaginal ultrasound. 6.Treatment-surgery/anti androgen therapy 7.consult gynecologist for advice and treatment Precaution 1.Eat vegetable,fruits, nuts, bean, whole grain food 2. See if the pain and her coldness is extremely extraordinary then she needs to see gynecologist and you to meet urologist. With out any delay. But most of cases pain is mild with out any specific cause and subsided its self. Just focus on healthy diet and moderate exercising and yoga. Wish you good health.

No. There are no chances of you getting pregnant if the intercourse is done during periods. In fact even after menses practically negligible chance for about 4-6 days. Depending upon your menstrual cycle.

Hi my periods not happening properly the thing is I had unprotected sex on this month 8th also I took I pill tablet within 6 hours after the the sex, and my periods was supposed to happen today and it's not happening properly as before I used to get, I got a bit bleeding and am worried that am I going to be pregnant. Hi, this is due I pill levonorgestral tablets. It can affect your periods like less bleeding, camps and also it will affect next period. Wait for next period. Any doubt consult me private chat.

Hi, I was expecting my period on 24 February but it got delayed. I met with my boyfriend on 3 March and we came into contact, he fingered me and might be his finger has precum then we touch our genetically parts but he didn't cum. I washed it instantly. Now I'm still not getting my period. Yesterday I checked prega news and it was negative. Today I went to doctor for delay periods and she notice breast secretion when pressed and told it normal. She examine my tongue and stomach and written some test but didn't say anything about pregnancy though she enquired about any physical relationship. I'm having gas and loose motion and delayed periods. Can I be pregnant, we didn't had intercourse.

To clear your doubts get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

Hormonal imbalance is very common in women who are about to reach their menopause. The setting of menopause can lead to a variety of symptoms like moodiness and depression to hot flashes, insomnia and vaginal dryness. Homeopathy has remedies which are very helpful in relieving the symptoms of menopause when chosen for an individual as per their history. Homeopathy stimulates a person's healing response to a certain stimulus, allowing the person to heal on their own.

Here are a few homeopathic remedies:

Pulsatilla:This is for women who are mild, sensitive and weep very easily during the perimenopause stage. These women might whine when unhappy and are very depressed and sad. The women who need this medication prefer company, companionship and support. She is often uncomfortable and warm in hot rooms especially while experiencing hot flashes. The remedy is helpful in cases of insomnia and empty nest syndrome, a syndrome when children leave home. This often coincides with change in a woman's life. Pulsatilla is very helpful for hormonal imbalance including during the menstrual cycle and peri-menopause phase.

Cimicifuga:This is recommended for those women who suffer from severe headaches during perimenopause. The headaches are characterized by a pain in the right side of the neck, which often extends to the right shoulder. This remedy is also helpful in women who feel disappointed and trapped in their lives. Some women who have a feeling of being caged and surrounded by dark clouds also benefit from this. It is considered to be a perfect remedy for many women who experience hormonal changes at the menopausal stage of their lives.

Sepia:This remedy is especially helpful for perimenopause and hormonal imbalances. This is helpful in women who feel exhausted and chilly. Sometimes a woman might develop an aversion to her family members especially the children and does not want to care for them. Sepia is known to help women overcome these feelings, enables them to reestablish stability and balances hormones. Some women also get a feeling that their inside are bearing out and get a sensation that their uterus and vagina might fall. This feeling and sensation is eliminated by sepia. Sepia is also helpful for the host flashes, dryness, vaginal irritation and moodiness during this phase of their life.

Lachesis:This is indicated in the perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms like the night sweats and hot flashes. This remedy is capable to provide a relief from the occipital headaches associated with the changing hormones. Women who need lachesis might be witty, loquacious, nasty, crib and complain about the body pains which are more significant on the left side, like the left ovary discomfort. This remedy also relieves insomnia and depression related with the hormonal swings.
