Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Hi lybrate-user, You need lever cleansing diet to help balance the enzymes and functions of the liver. Foods that are rich in the B-complex vitamins such as eggs, broccoli, spinach, brown rice and whole grains help to decongest the liver. Also add bitter vegetables such as bitter gourd, mustard greens and chicory to your diet to promote the production of bile in the liver and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. Increase fruits and vegetables in your meals and add garlic, which contains the antioxidant allicin to decrease heavy metals in the liver. Limit the consumption of refined carbohydrates such as sugar, white breads, pasta, pastries, biscuits and desserts. Also avoid sugary processed foods and drinks, deep-fried foods and carbonated beverages and saturated fats such as margarine, butter and animal shortenings. Abdomin pain in a dialysis patient can be due to various reasons it can include simple things like acidity, can be gallbladder stones, it can be other reasons like kidney stones or any infection in the tummy or even constipation the exact cause needs to be evaluated by the treating doctor and accordingly treatment should be given.

Hi be postiive, you can lose weight. It is good that you have set a target. If you can think of losing weight you can lose weight. Avoid fast food, food with high sodium & processed food. Exercising for 20 mins is less you, exercise for 40 mins.(you can do 20 mins in morning, 20 mins in evening) please share your daily diet pattern (what you eat in breakfast/lunch/dinner)

So you love you job and don't mind working after-hours every once in a while. Are you plagued by hypertension, stomach disorder and sleeplessness often? It's probably about time that you started paying more attention to the dual functioning of your body and mind. Straining on one while neglecting the other will only bear dire consequences in the near future and render your body weak and your mind restless. 

The regulation of the mind-body dualism is the most integral aspect of your being. Your mind has the potential of affecting your health in more ways than one. Having a better outlook towards life helps deal with health issues such as depression, headaches, pain and stress. The dual functioning of mind and body is bound to have greater implications on your health and one needs to be well aware of the facet of it:

Your mind reflects what your health has to say!
The brain creates gamma globulin and endorphins which toughen your immunity and serve as natural painkillers, respectively. The production of these substances depends significantly on how you're feeling at the moment. Having a positive outlook even when you're down with fever, pain or stress enables your body to create better regulatory hormones which accelerate healing. On the other hand, if you're being too hard on yourself as a result of work overload, emotional crisis or any personal mishap, and adopt a negative perspective towards most things, your body will know and slow down its mechanism for creating endorphins and gamma globulin. This means you'll take longer to regain normalcy.

What you're doing to your body affects how your brain works?
On the flipside, if your body is under extreme pressure to perform and as a result you're missing out on your regular healthy regime, your mind is guaranteed to function differently. Eating differently, losing sleep, exercising less, and burn-outs will affect your mental well-being, mostly negatively. The fight-or-flight reaction and blood pressure levels are considerably influenced by how you're feeling and how you are dealing with things in life. As a result, you might feel depressed, moody, restless or sick. 

Therapies to increase the mind - body functioning!
Practicing therapy and exercising to improve the dual functioning of your brain and body are therefore indispensible for keeping well. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) suggests some integrative measures that are sure to have a positive impact on your over-all well being:

  1. Meditation
  2. Cognitive-behavioral management
  3. Yoga and relaxation
  4. Proper diet and regular physical exercise
  5. Active involvement in music, art or dance
  6. Avoiding a sedentary lifestyle

Despite everything else, if you're still willing to work beyond your deadline, at least don't forget to eat the salad that you had packed for lunch! If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

Dear, These are the causes of hair fall: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.
