You have not mentioned your height. Weight gain is directly linked to food intake and activity levels. Taking more food than body is able to burn causes weight gain. Many people feel that they are not eating much still they gain weight. But the reality is they eat energy dense foods, may be in less quantity. Also many hidden snack foods and bites are not taken into account, like biscuits, wafers, bread slice, some little sweets, salty snacks, higher intake of rice and wheat based foods as compared to veggies, SOS (Sugar, Oil & Salt) is not noticed at all. But all these contribute to weight gain.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for losing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 bowl and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowls and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

U have to take proper and symptomatic treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine as calcarea flour 200 and silicea 30 has good result in such cases, and tell if any history of trauma

Do regular exercise,,take lemon n honey in warm water,,,take green tea ,,take oats,boiled egg and fruit in breakfast,,,take one bowl rice, chicken or fish,curd, in lunch,,,,,take 4-5 almonds in later afternoon,,take sprouts or soaked chic peas with peanut in the evening,,take soup with brown bread and salads,,this will help

Green tea contains small amounts of caffeine, but it is also loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are also believed to work synergistically with the caffeine to enhance fat burning although the evidence is mixed, there are many studies showing that green tea (either as a beverage or a green tea extract supplement) can help you lose weight.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Your answer is in your question itself. Not eating is causing you to gain more and more weight. The solution to your weight issues is to eat sensibly. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

I am try to lose my weight continuously but I am not able lose please help me for this what I do tell me.
Walk at least 10000 steps daily. If you are doing this twice a day than its very good for you loose weight rapidly. Drink plenty of water. Eat less in small interval. Do meditation and yoga. Avoid junk food. Eat raw salad as much as you eat. Take adequate sleep (7-8 hours) make your diet balanced. If you did these things for only 1 month you can easily loose 2 to 4 kg a month without taking any medicine. All the best.
