Dear lybrate user. You can reduce your blood hemoglobin content by donating blood. Donating blood is one of the best methods to lower hemoglobin levels. Other steps you can take: - make sure your multivitamin does not contain iron. - avoid iron cookware. - limit vitamin c to know more than 500 mg/day until ferritin level decreases. - check iron content of your water. - limit food sources high in iron, such as red meats and fortified cereals/grains. Hi improving your diet and lifestyle is the best way to lose weight. Make small target of losing 2-4 kg per month. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Eat three fruits per day. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber vegetables and low fat protein sources. Walk for thirty min minimum daily.

there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Tips for glowing skin: 1. Apply apricot and avocado oil mixed with glycerin can be massaged on the face followed by warm toweling for an instant glow. 2. Mix almond oil with vitamin e cream and apply at bedtime on face and hands. This leaves the skin soft and supple.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Hello avoid sugar in your diet, add omega-3 to your diet. Do physical exercises regularly at least for 15mins. Don't worry, you will be good healthy.

Hello In order to reduce your tummy, U must start taking Green tea that too with lemon. Have this first thing after you wake up. Don't eat anything after this for around 1 hour. Meanwhile, go for a walk, starting from 20 mins and extend this upto 1.30 hours. Stop fried things, and stop having heavy meals after 7pm. Take heavy breakfast, lunch but become a potato couch while having dinner. You will find drastic change after 20 days.

Hi thanks for writing. Most of the people who come to us have this problem. Weight reduction depends a lot on basal metabolic rate. Your diet should have 3 to 4 low calorie snacking and three light major meals. If you follow this regime and do physical exercise also, then your bmr will increase and you will surely reduce weight. Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Hello lybrate-user, we do not recommend medicines. You can do brisk waik. We can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.

To lose weight you have to be be consistent with right diet & follow a regular exercise regime. Avoid high calorie food like processed & packed food. Eat nutritious & balanced meal. Take 2 servings of fruits daily. Say no to oily & sugary food.

There is no medicine for weight loss. Your health and fitness lies in your food choices and lifestyle. You can change your habits and change your body. Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Hello lybrate user, yes there are many reasons for weight loss. 1. Depression depression has a number of symptoms. However, some people do not recognize that they have depression. They may feel low and not right but cannot say why. They may even think of it as just normal for them. Many people with depression can hide their true feelings from friends and family. Weight loss may develop due to not eating much. It is sometimes friends or family who may actually notice that a person has lost weight and it then turns out to be due to depression. 2. Dementia people in the early stages of dementia may appear to get by reasonably well but, in fact, they are not able to look after themselves very well. They may have a poor diet but appear happy in themselves. Again, it is sometimes friends or family who may first notice that a person is not right and has lost weight and it then turns out to be the early stages of dementia. Nervousness is not the reason for weight loss. Kindly consult any pediatrician or counsellor.
