Hello. Its very important to protect our skin in sunlight as the harsh sunrays damages the skin giving sun tan or sun burn. So protect your skin with gud medicated sunscreen like suncross aqua gel or zoray aquagel, apply it 20 min before going out in sun. For the already tanned skin use ban a tan cream two times per day for 1 month. Use dermadew cream at night time. Tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolve in. A glass of water n hv early morning. Tab nutricap-s once a day after food for 3 months. Drink 2-3 lit of water, include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits n juices in your diet, daily exercise of 45 min is must. Thanx.

I am suffering from esophageal Reflux. However, I follow strict diet and pure vegetarian one. Lots of vegetables, milk and juices! I usually skip My breakfast and I dont find Indian Breakfast healthy, I do stomach flushing once a week with salt water and that helps to throw the acids. Although I follow best of diets, why do I have this problem? I avoid spicy, oily and junk food too.

I am 37 years old female. 5 year ago I become a mother after years of treatment. I were doing well till last week. But from last weak I am suffering with vomiting .Things were so much worse that I can't even eat something. I consulted my gynaecologist and doctor prescribed some medicines and had some tests. Take avipattikar churna powder, before meals, 1/2 spoon twice day with warm water. Regularly. Take sheerashooladi vajra rasa and praval pishti, two each, twice a day, after meals. Take pathyadi kshayam, 30 ml twice a day empty stomach, regularly. Take Sweets on regular basis. and sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night. Relax. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck.

Excess protein gets converted to fats in our body. Body builders who do intense workouts for at least 2 hrs may require protein supplements. You need to lose 15 Kg weight for which brisk walk & yoga are the best options. In gym you may do weight loss exercises. Intensive body building exercises are not required for you. Good protein sources in diet include: whole egg, fish, chicken, low fat dairy product (milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, channa), nuts, oilseeds, sprouts, soybean, tofu, cereal-pulse combination.

Take avipattikar churna by dabur 1 tsf thrice daily 1/2 hr before meals. upto 1 month...avoid oily n spicy food, tea, n red chilly, tke small meals, drink plenty of water, avoid drinking water before, b/w n after 1 hr of meals. For sleeplessness :: Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime.

Am getting burning sensation in the stomach after my meal, not able to sleep during night time because of the burning sensation.The irritation getting subside after having Gelusil. Its been there for more than 3 weeks. Because of this not feeling hungry in the morning and not able to eat properly.

Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries.
