Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello lybrate user, sprained ankle you should first and foremost avoid massaging the foot and ankle. Secondly get an x-ray of the ankle to rule out any fractures. You can apply crepe bandage, ice pack application and strict limb elevation while sleeping and active moments of the toe to avoid swelling and inflammation. Thank you.

I am suffering from pain in my right shoulder from last 4 months or so. Consulted doctor about it; he told me to get a xray of shoulder and after seeing it told me that there is internal swelling in it and advice me some exercises and medicines. I consulted a physio abt it and she told me that might be my ligaments are injured. Don't know whom to consult so that I get complete relief from pain. I am not able to lift a light weight also. You need to consult doctor but a specialist in shoulder. Orthopaedic surgeon who is specialist in shoulder. He will evaluate you properly. Will get mri if needed. After that if physiotherapy is required, he will write down which exercises you need to do and physiotherapist will teach you those exercises.

Good evening sir your continous sitting will be causing pain in your back and neck. What I would suggest you to do is to start with ankle toe movements. Then you could get up now and then and take a walk. Do not sit for too long. I will suggest you to follow the following exercises. > gentle ankle toe movements. > knee bending up and down while sitting > do a 3 stretches for your back with extension of the spine. > bend foward and try to touch your toes. This will enable good flexibilty to your spine. > rotate your neck. > do 5 shoulder shrugs to release upper neck and back tightness. Once you rech home you could take a hot water fermentation. That should be done only for 15 mins. Kindly do get back to me after a weeks time soo that I can update you on your progress. Thankyou.

Dear back pain in Pregnancy is normal. Do not worry. Bt you need to do few exercises for back. please consult an Antenatal Therapist or Physiotherapist who can guide you what exercises are safe for you during this period. Exercises will help to strengthen your back muscles. Exercising during pregnancy is safe but only under expert guidance. Even ex will help you to deliver your baby easily.

Leg pain- advice keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

If your shoulder was really dislocated, then it should be put in arm chest bandage for 6 weeks. The bandage should be changed every week.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello, there are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overweight, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by teaching correct postural habits and ergonomics, do consult me privately. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and calcium rich diet like milk, paneer, buttermilk, cheese etc and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. 10. Perform calf pumping exercises, which i'll explain you in the next session. Thanks.
