I have been affected by spinal angioma at d10-l1 with complete paraplegia with rigid painful kyphoscoliosis. I take trigabantin 300 regularly twice a day. I have diabetes also will you please suggest me something I lead wheel chair life since last 28 years.

Hi Lybrate User Use can use oil Dhanvantaram for massage and hot water fomentation to get rid of stiffness. Use cap spondylon two capsule two times a day. Use cap sachardi oil 101 aavarati two times a day with milk. Use Tablet madhumehkusmakar ras 1 tablets two times a day. Tc Thank Regards.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Facing Bone and muscle pain in leg from past 3 to 4 years. Can't stand for long, and it gets so sensitive that even the lower part of leg (from ankle to toe) starts hurting and she always has to take rest after doing any work. Kindly suggest the problem and the solution.

As per her age, Height her Weight is very high. Take your Meals in between 7-9 Am Breakfast, 1-3 Pm Lunch, 7-9 Pm Dinner in as these all are symptoms of Blood Deficiency.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

What kind of morning supplement you are talking, any way no supplements takes care of pain. Your father is most probably suffering from Osteoarthritis of knee joint. It can be improved by physiotherapy, analgesics and also by certain cartilage repairing medicines. Reducing Weight also helps.

Look for quadricep muscle isometric exercise and strengthening exercise (search exercise on youtube) for few days. If that relieves pain then good, if not then visit your nearest physiotherapist.

Avoid computer and mobile for at least one week, do neck stretching exercises, take paracetamol 500 mg if needed, use small pillow at night. Get your blood tested for hemogram, sugar, uric acid, thyroid and vitamin D3, to rule out anemia, infection, diabetes, thyroid, gout and vitamin D deficiency. Review after Reports.
