Hello, To increase your weight first write down what you are eating and when you are eating. Are you eating atleast 3 fruits and 5_6 servings of vegetables in a day. Then check for intake of milk and milk products are you have 250-300 ml of them per day. Are you eating atleast one egg a day. Nonveg weekly twice. If you are doing all the things then you should increase your weight. If you are missing something try to add them in your routine. Have a fruit or fruit juice with every meal. Hope this helps you.☺

Hello, To increase weight start having fruit juice with your breakfast. Increase you number of meals. Make sure to have milk and milk products. Have curd, fruit and nuts (almonds, walnut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds) combined as a snack. Have a cup of salad in your main course meals. Non veg should be taken weekly twice. Hello, To increase muscle mass you should have quality protein in diet. 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. Choose protein from egg whites, milk, lean meat, legumes, pulses, nuts. My knee is quite painful and after xray doctors told me the gap is less. I find difficult to walk. Doctors suggested weight loss. No matter how I try my weight not reducing. Walking is tough and my posture also getting bad. What can I do to loose wight and for my knee to be less painful.

Hello, Your weight is way to high. So start with including more vegetables. Aim to eat atleast 8-10 servings of vegetables. Atleast 4 servings should be raw. Have small meals many times a day. As you cannot do walking try doing g sitting exercises like simple head and neck movements, hand movements, breathing exercises and pranayama. Take good quality protein from legumes, pulses, soya, and egg. Supplementing with vitamin C, omega. 3 fatty acids, vit D also helps you a lot with your problem. Hope you find this useful. Hello, Increasing tummy size indicated greater risk for metabolic disorders like diabetes, CVD's. Excess intake of sugars, alcohol consumption are two main reasons for belly fat. start having high fiber foods like vegetables and complex carbs. Hello, To reduce belly fat along with walking try bending exercises like surya namaskar, leg lifts, cruches. Focus on eating fat burners like ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, lemon, turmeric pepper. Add complex carbs to diet like millets, raw vegetables, and fruits. Hello, Drinking cranberry juice in limited quantities is very good. It is excellent tonic for urinary tract infections as it has good antibiotic and antioxidants property. Hello, Having quality protein while going to gym is always suggested. But this need not be supplements. Try having 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. your best protein sources are egg whites, soya milk, fat less and lean cut meats and poultry, legumes, pulses, nuts and seeds. Do not go for very high protein per serving supplements as they have risk of effecting your kidneys on long run. Hope this helps you.stay healthy stay fit☺

Hello, In this case having plant based protein is safe. Like soya, lugumes, pulses, quinoa. Avoid animal based protein including milk and it's products.Avoid eating more amounts of raw vegetables like spinach, tomato. Cooked or steamed are better option. Hello, Check with your gym trainer if your work out is helping you. May be you should change your workout routine. with your medication details you seem to have hormonal imbalance. you are on right track but cross check with activity. There is also chance that you are replacing you fat mass with muscle mass. so go for kardascan where you get checked for fat and muscle percentages. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit☺

Hello, Coffee beans are rich in anti oxidants along with caffiene. So having in limitation helps as it has stimulant effect and antioxidant properties.But check for chicory and coffee ratio, any other adulteration and if you have allergies with it. Hello, I suggest you that it is common to notice increased breast size while feeding. It automatically comes down after feeding. Try to eat healthy while feeding. Hello Eating boiled egg is good. It does not cause any health issue. But the quantity matters. 2 whole eggs per week is fine for weight loss. Yellow part of egg is very good as it has cholesterol and a very potent antioxidants like selenium, and zinc. Cholesterol is not the culprit for cutaneous fat. infact all our cells are made up of cholesterol. All the neurological connections need cholesterol. Hello Rohini, This is too early to think about weight loss as you need to feed your baby.The best way is to eat healthy and your biological clock will do its work. Avoid eating deep fries, sugar loaded stuff, ready to eat foods. Focus on eating fresh, home cooked and easily digestible foods, like leafy greens, gourds, pumpkin, garlic etc. Garlic is both fat burner and lactation enhancer. so you should definitely try this. Hello Kalpana, Your BMI is normal. You need not lose weight. But trying to eat healthy is not a bad idea. Have millet based breakfast like raagi dosa, jowar idli, quinoa upma. Have brown rice in lunch with a salad, dhal and curry, snack on whole fruits and nuts. You can have roti and salad for dinner. Hope this helps you stay healthy stay fit☺

Hello, For your problem exercise is the best solution. Ask him to start doing physical activity like walking. Start with 10 min and can continue it to an hour. This helps with his fatigue and low B.P. Regarding diet, make sure he is taking 7 -8 servings of fruits and vegetable. Give him only brown rice or millets for main meals. Snack on fruits and nuts. Avoid non veg, and wheat . This should help him. Stay healthy stay fit☺

Can I eat raw vegetables and juices daily like carrot, beetroot, Tomato and Cucumber? Most of my friends were saying that we should not eat raw vegetables. They were suggesting me to eat cooked vegetables instead of raw vegetables because some sort of drugs and medicines used to preserving them. Hello, That was a good question. You can eat raw vegetables but do not juice them unless they are organic. Plan your grocery in such a way that you can mixture of organic and farm fresh grocery. shop the vegetables that best suit for salads in organic stores and vegetables to be Cooked in farmers market. some vegetables sply carrots Rae good if you take them steamed as you get phytonutrients only if you cook them. same with tomato. Better grow your own produce of green leafs in your balcony. That is safest way to eat your greens.Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit.☺
