You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual. If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 30-40 min walk / exercise you can easily shed weight. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein, low fat andhigh fibre intake. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

You can although start with avoiding simple sugars as far as possible, Eating Out' less, avoiding junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 -40 mins walk. 1. To lose weight make healthy food choices and more exercise/activity. 1a. There is NO medicine to lose weight in any therapy. Self determination is the only way out. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Aim to eat 1800-2000 calories per day. Weight can be controlled by Diet (70%) and Exercise (30% impact). Monitor your weight loss through Myfitnesspal App. Aim for 12-18 months timeline for weight reduction. 1. Don't go in for quick fix/short cut solutions/ diets. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. What are your bowel habits, your appetite and your digestion? Weight increases due to low metabolic rate or due to some other underlying reason. That should be attended to for getting good results in weight loss. In the meantime increase your physical activity and consume a balanced diet.
