Hi. If you are diagnosed to have migraine then you should be knowing about precipitating factors for migraine (like lack of rest/sleep, dehydration, skipping meals, direct exposure to sunlight, any stress). So you should avoid above precipitating factors that will help to reduce frequency of migraine attacks. In spite of that if you are having headache, then please take appointment and I can discuss about the treatment.

Start Eating more veggies and fruits avoid smoking, Reduce alcohol intake. Try ‘edging’ When you are almost there (during intercourse, stop all sexual activity. Distract yourself for a bit. You are doing hand job once a week. You want to stop it. I advise you to be vegetarian. Take plenty of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to quit masturbation. Whenever thoughts of masturbation comes to your mind, replace these thoughts by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex. Hi! Take the tablet weekly for 4 weeks, regular exercises, expose your self to sunlight daily morning time around 8-10 for minimum 30 minutes. This should help. There is no side effect of this tablet.
