Hi I am working out for past 1 year and 4 months. My height is 189 cm. Beginning weight 123 kg, now at 104 kg. Peak reached weight is 98. Now my question is I felt like I hit plateau. My aim weight is 90 to 95 kg with BFF of 15 to 18%. Please suggest me the action plan. P.S. How to meet a budget friendly high protein requirement because mainly am also allergic to Egg which is a cheap and best protein on this earth :)

Now that you have reached plateau stage for a week have less calories than before and workout more. And then once you start loosing weight again you can again tune your diet plan. Protein rich foods are Dals, lowfat paneer, you can have sprouted wheat n ragi porridge of nutrus brand you will find in balaji supermarket pre workout it is also protein rich and budget friendly too as well you will get more other nutrients. natural weight gain is better start basic stretches and exercises at home itself. it will regulate hunger automatically. further u can have bananas egg chiku milk these things will help in natural weight gain. don't binge on fried foods as its not healthy.

Yes it becomes hereditary that some people don't gain weight conserve your energy have high calorie food like milk with fruit and dryfruit high calorie doesn't mean fried food all the the time have ensure powder in milk it will help you to gain weight.

Diabetes is caused due to no insulin production or insulin is produced but not utilised. If it is not managed slowly it starts effecting other organs also. Diet medication and physical activity three things together will help you to control your diabetes.

Diabetes have to be controlled by monitoring diet exercise and medications. All these three together have an impact on your diabetes. For bp you need to cut down on salt and fat intake. Salted food like papad, pickle, sauce also to be avoided.

Thereare better ways to gain weight than having weight gain supplements. First start exercising, eat bananas and milk in the morning, have egg if you can have in the morning. And consciously monitor your weight.
