You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hi lybrate-user, Sometimes sudden minor weight loss depends on day today factors in terms of highly stressed, you are not eating properly, dehydrated. Pain in belly can be also due to stomach infection or activated worms in the body. Without delay consult your Dr. once so that they can examine you.

Hi I am going to be 40 in another 2 months. 3 Years Post Delivery 70 kg. C section done. I'm hypothyroid on 200micro gram of eltroxin. I don't exercise regularly but weekly 3 days I do either 1 hour yoga or 5 km walking now going to start swimming. Help me lose weight. When I was 25 years before marriage was only 40 kg. Before this delivery I was 55. I need to get back to 55 kg. Kindly advice.

Hello lybrate-user We are providing you with some tips which you can follow n get good results- 1.Eat a fruit with in 10 minutes of waking up. 2. Eat every 2-3 hours ,concept is eat small but frequently. Now about what to eat - which is the most important part of dieting. Keeping in mind that your calorie intake should be lower than your calorie expenditure, you can bank upon fruits, vegetables, milk n milk products (yogurt, curd, cottage cheese, dry fruit, legumes n pulses, eggs (white portion) n lean meat. These are high in protein n low on calorie counts n these makes you feel full for long so can manage your calorie intake n reduce weight. 3. With protein diet Include some Aerobic n anaerobic exercise in your schedule. 4. While managing meals, try to fill yourself with fruits n veggies in the form of smoothies n soups, as these are low on calories n high on vitamins n minerals n fibre which will make you feel full for long. You need to change your food habits gradually and aim for long term weight loss. 1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body. 8. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Belly fat is central obesity. You can eat brown rice instead of polished rice. Make sure you include nuts and seeds in your diet. Have legumes everyday if possible.

If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 1 hour play / exercise you can easily shed weight. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Drinking enough water and walking around is good but probably your belly fat needs more effort to budge. Exercise or brisk walk for 45 mins daily with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. Sleep well.
