To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Controlling the risk factors and adopting a healthier lifestyle can make a big difference when it comes to improving lipid profile, reducing triglycerides and losing weight. (1.(EAT SENSIBLY: Avoid saturated fats and trans-fats as they raise the bad cholesterol level (LDL). Check the labels of food items before consuming them and avoid anything that is “partially hydrogenated” as this is a clear indicator that it contains trans-fat. Cut out red meat from your diet and add fruits and vegetables instead. (2.) CHOOSE THE RIGHT OIL (3) WALK / EXERCISE (4) Keep BODY WEIGHT IN CONTROL (5) DESTRESS your self (5) Abstain from SMOKING completely (6) AVOID simple SUGARS (7) Do some recreational activity or follow your hobby daily for half an hour (8) Spend less time with gadgets like laptop / mobile / TV. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. I am 36 years. Weight 80 kg. I am overweight but don't look overweight. I have recently developed some tummy tyre, not so big. (I look slim for weight 80 kg) I have all chest heart tests normal. Now about issue I facing_ I am having constant burping from 3 months. Today I am having farts very bad smelly than I have ever. I don't have any stomach pain. No issue with passing stools or no pressure or problem in colon side .just sometime have constipation. (Today after I start to take herbal vitamin3 pill)

Best is you control your diet, least oil and good amount of protein should be taken. And do vigorous exercise, go for gym, jogging.
