Take high protein diet and do only muscle toning exercise. Your weight is helping you to control your diabetes.

How one can know that his BP is under control. How many days it can be measured continuously so one can know that his bp is under control without taking medicine?

120/80 is normal, you can check every day initially and then weekly once. Do regular walking to control BP and reduce salt intake.

I am 24 yrs old. I doing a job at night shift from 7 -4 am then after that take 2 hrs rest after that attend class 3hrs and then take 4-5 hrs rest. Is it ok for health. If not please suggest me your opinion.

Eat frequently and low calorie diet. When you are sleeping, have a sound sleep without any disturbance.

You have to eat frequently i. E every 3rd hour. Include more of vegetables, fruits, dryfruits and greenleafy vegetable in diet. Avoid sweets, deep fries and maida products such as bakery items and chinese food. Your weight is normal, try to maintain at this weight only.

How did you loose weight. Ideal weight loss for a month should be 3-4 kgs only. Please check your nutritional values (hb%, vitamin b12, vitamin d, se. Calcium, se. Iron and total proteins with albumin)

Follow a good diet plan, avoid high calorie food, eat frequemtly, maintain food timings and do regular exercise at least minimum for 30-45 mints / day.
