Hello, No need to surgery, we can reduce weight easily in natural way, in 3 month we can reduce approx 8-10 kg in healthy way. Our target is more but we can achieve. We need your self afford. We have many results of weight loose, they need same as your target. So don't go in surgery direction. Now start taking small meal in frequently. Include high fibre and protein rich food. Exercise also you have to start at least 2 hour daily basis.

Lohasava shows very gud effect in obesity bcs it has got property of scrapping out the fat out of body. Plus it activates liver which is the root of agni or heat. Which leads to fat burning. 4 tsf with equal amount of water 1/2 an hr after meals twice a day. Also medohar arka shows very gud result in obesity. 2 tsf twice a day empty stomach navak guggulu. Very gud effect 2 tb after meals twice a day gud luck samir.

1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out refined carbohydrates, bakery items, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on seeds, nuts,fresh fruits, sprouts etc. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Yes if your doctor had advised, you might need it. It is generally given to women with PCOD alongwith advices on dietary changes and exercise. You need to shed wieght essentially to improve your PCOD condition. Regular physical activity is mandatory to keep fit and lose weight with PCOS. Focus on high protein and low fat diet. So, first of all, prepare yourself mentally. I myself and many of my patients have lost weight very easily with these simple steps. By now if you are confident and desperate to lose weight, you are very likely to succeed. But if you aren't motivated enough or aren't yet confident, this article may not help you. 2nd step - Understanding the calorie balance You might have tried and failed earlier. That's expected when we try to do something without understanding it. If you are curious to understand the basics of calorie balance in our body you may go through this beautiful article explaining it in simple language. Glucose is the basic source of energy for our body and even if you are just lying down on the bed, you need approximately 1800-2000 calories per day. The major source of glucose for our body is carbohydrates in our diet. The body starts burning fats only when it is short of glucose supply from the diet. 3rd step - The right diet Stop sugar and sugar-containing products completely. If you are fond of sweets replace it with artificial sweeteners. You can use the artificial sweeteners like Splenda, Equal, Sugar-Free in tea, milk and for making desserts. You can also buy readymade sugarless products like sweets, cookies, ice cream etc. Have lots of salads before every meal. The quantity should be good enough to make your stomach full. If you continue the diet, you may lose further and would be able to maintain it. Myths and Facts About Weight Loss Weight loss is a long journey with many misconceptions attached to it. So, let us talk about more in detail about some common myths, facts and logic behind weight loss. First Myth You can lose 10 kgs in a month. ➤ Logic Many health centres have used this marketing line to sell their products. Actually, it is a very unhealthy and unsustainable process of losing weight. One should always think about long-term benefits when it comes to health. Scientifically, the healthy weight loss range falls between 2 to 5 kgs only. ➤ Fact You cannot lose 10 kgs in a month.
