It was a bad case of neck pain. The Healing Touch Clinic have proper facilities for disabled patients as well. It has been quite some time that i was suffering from neck pain. Few days are when I was riding my scooter I lost balance and the stand area landed on my left foot ankle bone and now the area is swollen send there is pain whenever I walk.

I have got cervical spondylitis in C5-C6 bones. It's been from last 8 years almost. I have tried physiotherapy, ayurvedic massage and other medicines. My whole left body pains, specially neck, back and knee. Now I am surviving only on pain killer that too is temporary relief in the day. Body pain is constant. One of my uncle who is radiologist, has clearly mentioned that it's a lifelong issue now. Degeneration is done now. I am looking if some rare and permanent solution is possible.

Hi meri wife ki age 23 hai. Uski abhi delavary hui hai sijar se one month hua hai. Sijar ke bad jo back pain hota hai uske liye kya karna chaiye .meri wife thoda chalti hai kam karti hai use bht back pain hota hai jaha injection lagate hai sijar ke waqt waha dard hota hai. Kehte hai ye life time hota hai khas karke shardiyo me. Isaka kya upay hai pls tell me.
My mother's age is 48. She used to feel pain in her left leg whenever she sat down and also in her lower back. We did an MRI scan. It showed that the disc L4-L5 & L3-L4 (a bit less) is suppressing the nerve which goes to left leg. The doctor (Neurologist) had given her medication. Then after consulting an orthopedic doctor he suggested that she will not need an operation. He also suggested that exercise, pranayama will cure her. Then she had around 15 sessions of physiotherapy till now. Physiotherapy helped her to ease her movement. But still her back pains a little. Also her nerve to the left leg pains a bit. She also has a pain in the inner side of her knee. The doctor said it is degeneration in the joints. She also had medication for Vitamin D3, hemoglobin, vatta dosha. She avoids food that causes vatta dosha. But still the pain continues. Hence I want to know what treatment should she follow ahead. I have 3 things in mind: 1. Operation- Technique (Per cutanius laser disc operation) which a doctor suggested, 2. Continue with exercise, 3. panchakrma and other Ayurvedic treatment. Or is there any other option? My mother is quite worried about this since my mother had an active lifestyle (daily walk and yoga) before she got diagnosed with slip disc. Does the problem remain for lifetime? Additionally, the extra body weight also causes your body to produce a destructive protein known cytokines, leading to inflammation of the joint areas.
2. Maintain an optimal blood sugar level
High levels of glucose in your body bring about the development of certain chemicals that make cartilage rigid and more susceptible to mechanical stress. Controlling abnormal blood sugar levels is vital for reducing this risk of inflammation that can lead to the loss of cartilage and joint damage.
3. Indulge in physical activity
Indulging in any kind of physical can help in keeping your joints healthy. You need to spend about 30 minutes of each day on performing the moderately intense exercise. This will ensure not only the ability of your joints but also make stronger the muscles that hold up and steady your hips and knees.
4. Have a well-balanced diet
Including certain foods in your diet can help in reducing your chances of developing osteoarthritis. A well-balanced diet that prevents oa should consist of ample amount of omega - 3 fatty acids, vitamin d and vitamin c. While fatty fish like tuna and salmon, eggs, sunlight etc are considered to be good sources of vitamin d, strawberries, tomatoes and potatoes are just a few of the food sources that you can consider for meeting your vitamin c requirements. For meeting your omega - 3 fatty acids requirement, you can consume fish oil as well as plant or nut oils.
