Tip To Get A Glowing Skin

Normal skin: Wash your face with cleansers that are designed for your normal/normal-to skin type. Wipe an alcohol free, hydrating toner all over the face. Apply moisturizer more frequently to dry skin.

Hie I am 22 years old girl. I have a worst acne since two months. I am not getting why I got this acne as I take care of my skin like I use makeup only occasionally, I avoid oily foods and I drink a plenty of water. Still both my cheeks are filled with acne. I am treating my skin from dermatologist since one month but I am not getting any result. Some people are saying that you must started drinking Safi to purify your blood. Others are saying to apply Apple cider vinegar on your skin. I don't know what to do. I have a occasion in my family in one month. What should I do now?

Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints. It builds up immunity and restores health of an individual. For medicine consult online in private with detailed account of your complaints and reports. If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please call me or send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.

Hi, My mom is 60 years old and experiences itching in the groin area, with no infection as such, she has tried all kinds of antifungal powders and creams and tabs prescribed by many docs with no relief. Only antipruritics or anti allergic medicines help til the time taken once discontinued, prob persists, wanted to know what the underlying cause could be and what treatment can be done further for the same as it is very bothersome to her. Please advice.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi5, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household.

Hallow sir I am 23 old and Sir my hair is white Early.
Please sir suggested me What do I do.
Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. You can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. There is also one lotion which is supposed to work. You can call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription.

I am having hair fall problem. From last month its more. Can it be due to DHT. My hair roots are not long.
You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please call me or contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.

How Is Laser Helpful For The Wrinkles?

How Is Laser Helpful For The Wrinkles?

There is a wide range of options to get rid of wrinkles. Laser treatments are considered to be one of the best ways to eradicate wrinkles for a long time. There are other treatments such as microdermabrasion, photo facials, and chemical peels as well. Dermal fillers are used to treat deep wrinkles. Wrinkles of the forehead and the eye are best treated with Dysport and botox.

There are other treatments such as microdermabrasion, photo facials, and chemical peels as well. Dermal fillers are used to treat deep wrinkles. Wrinkles of the forehead and the eye are best treated with Dysport and botox.

How Does Laser Work?

Laser treatments such as the Fraxel and the fractional CO2 make tiny pores in the skin. These pores or incisions have two purposes. The first is to make sure that the skin produces collagen and the second is to ensure that the skin heals quickly. The laser can address wrinkles in areas such as eye, face, hands and legs. Out of all the treatment plans, laser treatment is by far the costliest one. They are typically used by maxillofacial surgeons having in-depth knowledge of physiology. Treatment of this kind might require more than one session depending on the extent of wrinkles.

How Does Dermal Filler Work?

Dermal fillers are a popular method to address wrinkles and are used to destroy wrinkles around the mouth and the eye. Lasers can also diminish hollowness and dark circles near the eye. Moreover, they are very effective in making up the lost volumes of the jawline, temples, and cheeks. Dermal fillers, however, last for about a year and needs to be redone to hold on to the facial changes. They are typically safe and contain limited side effects. A consulting session with the doctor will help to know more about the potential risk of this treatment.

Removing wrinkles from under the eye-

Botox and Dysport are two of the most popular options to get rid of wrinkles under the eye region. While lasers can diminish the appearance of wrinkles, botox and Dysport can permanently get rid of it. They also ensure that the wrinkles do not come back for quite some time. Some other wrinkles that botox and Dysport can fix include wrinkles of the forehead, eye, and the brows.

How Effective Are Wrinkle Creams?

In comparison to botox and lasers, wrinkle creams are far less effective. This being said, they are extremely popular for the fact that they are readily available over the counter and are very cheap. Most wrinkle creams contain retinol that helps to increase collagen production and stimulate turnover of the skin. Wrinkle creams that are designed for the eye do not contain retinol since they are an eye irritant and can cause damage to the eye. These creams also contain anti-oxidants that help the collagen to hold their own and stop the interference of free radicals.

The cost of hair transplantation is extrmely variable. Being hair transplant surgeon myself with an experience of over 800 surgeries in last one half years. I will suggest you to do a thorough research about the doctor. There is huge quackery in hair transplant and unqualified people are doing surgery in India. Its not a easy science. You should look at few aspects of the surgeon. Qualification MD in dermatology or Mch Plastic surgery. How regularly he does hair transplant. Set up, type of punches he uses in FUE (international verses local) Magnification involved in surgery as it determines precision of surgery Credibility. Warning - Do not go after brands which offer surgery in Rs 1 and then EMI or very less cost. Remember your grafts are limited and canvas is very big. And if surgery fails you have to consult a qualified surgeon for corrective surgery. A wrongly placed hairline cannot be corrected easily. Or lower hairline cannot be made higher. M so understanding and experience of surgeon is the key.
