I am suffering from Thyroid without any system. casually I done routine blood test and detected TSH level 32 before 3 years ago. And according to local doctor advice I am taking Thyronorm 100 mcg. After one year I have visited CMC Vellore for Endocrinologist consultant. Dr. Saha setty DM Endo. Examine me an prescribe thyronorm 125 MCG after proper administration one year after My blood report TSH is 0.5 (normal lower level 0.35)T4 and T3 IN normal range. I have no problem. No other disease. My query How much power Thyronorm I can take ?please advice.

Probably you may need to reduce your dosage. I am sure the doctors had advised you for sonography of thyroid gland to find out underlying pathology. Many times vitamin and mineral deficiency can also cause thyroid dysfunction. Hashimoto thyroiditis is very common in female patients - I am sure you have done anti TOP antibodies. Ideally once hypothyroidism found you need to consult and do thyroid function testing every 4 monthly if not possible then at least 6 monthly.

Symptoms of a heart attack:

Dos and don'ts in the event of a heart attack:
Dos

  • Call for an ambulance.
  • Paramedics should be trained to stabilise the patient’s condition with medication, and the ambulance be equipped with a defibrillator to resuscitate the patient should the heart stop en route.
  • Get ready the patient’s personal effects such as personal identification, medical insurance and other documents for admission.
  • Have the patient seated in a location where he can be transferred easily to a stretcher.
  • Let the paramedics know about any drug allergies or past medical history

Don’ts

  • Drive or take public transport to the hospital, even if the patient lives nearby. As the patient’s condition may deteriorate en route, it is safer to wait for an ambulance. Also, ambulances also get priority on arriving at a&e.
  • Ignore the pain. Get anxious about time wasted when the paramedics perform an on-site ecg.

Stuffy nose, nasal obstruction, sneezing and watery nasal discharge. All suggest you might have allergic rhinitis. India is the capital of allergic rhinitis so most of us have allergic rhinitis.
Treatment is five types. 
1. Avoid allergens from going in by wearing a mask or covering with chunni, kerchief etc
2. Saline nasal cleaning which is a part of yoga which can be done by seeing youtube videos. Personally I will recommend this as best treatment line. Should be done everyday.

After all, when unveiling his equipment, a man wants to be greeted with gasps of surprise and pleasure, rather than someone gasping for fresh air. Following good penis health and hygiene guidelines helps control penis odor before sex, but men need to remember that they need to take steps afterward as well.

With that in mind, the following tips are recommended for avoiding rank penis odor after sex.

Wash up beforehand. In most cases, by the time a couple moves into the bedroom, several hours will have passed since the penis was last washed and/or aired out. A guy knows that getting into sex is going to increase the likelihood of penis odor; after all, not only is there going to be a lot of sweating going on in the heat of the sexual moment, but the tightness of the vagina and the friction of the sexual activity is going to create more opportunity for sweat.
