Obesity or excessive weight is a common problem for both men and women irrespective of their age. Hello Sir, Metabolism of body gradually reduces once you start growing older. So if you were a slim person in your teenage years, you would notice that you are slowly gaining weight. This is further worsened by your desk job and lack of physical activity. For example: If you consume 2000 calories of food a day and you burn out 2000 calories by doing physical activity, then you would not put on any weight. If you consume 2000 calories and did a heavy workout and burnt 3000 calories, then you are deficit by 1000 calories, and this deficit comes out the body's stores. Over a course of some time, this translates in loss of weight. If you consume 2000 calories and you only do physical activity of 1000 calories, the you add that additional 1000 calories to your body. Thus you end up gaining weight. High blood pressure is most likely due to increased weight and over indulgence in junk food etc. So the solution to weight loss is very simple: Good and healthy food and exercise. You need to exercise atleast 45 min every day, you can do brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming etc. Good luck Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
