what is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. A therapeutic diet complemented with few medications for pain management can also work wonders. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Once I had a sports meet and I was having fever but even then I went for the race, after the race I got cramps that I couldn't even walk, I was admitted in hospital but I never fully recovered, now the problem is even after 6 years, I get the pain whenever I bend my knee fully, I did exercise and build leg muscles but still not much difference, what to do now.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I used to do workout in gym more than 2years and now when am doing weight lifting my inner palms are having a pain like piercing with needle. Why it's like that?

There are several reasons your hands might hurt when lifting weights. This is particularly true if you are just beginning weight training or are switching from using weightlifting gloves to not using them. Most of these potential hand hurting issues are easily fixed. Blood pressure another reason your hands might hurt is that the blood pressure in your hands is high. Gripping barbells and dumbbells causes an isometric, or non-moving, contracting of the muscles in your forearm and hand to keep the weights in your hands. This type of contraction can block regular blood flow into and out of the hand, which increases the blood pressure in the hand. Often, this is caused by simply gripping the bar to hard. You want to be able to hold the bar just enough to keep it from slipping out of your hands. Try loosening your grip to see if this helps. You can also wear weightlifting gloves to help because you will need less force to hold onto the bar to keep the weight from falling out of your hands. Another possible reason this may occur is that your overall blood pressure is too high. You should talk with your doctor to rule this out as a possibility, and to be sure that weightlifting in general is safe for you. Fatigue as your workout progresses, the muscles in your hands and forearms get tired from holding onto the weights. The pain you are feeling in your hands may be the muscles fatiguing to the point of failure. This pain is typically felt as a burning sensation in the forearms and hands. Those who are new to weight training or have recently started working out without gloves are the most likely candidates for this. The more you work out, the more these muscles will be trained and the less likely you will experience hand pain for this reason. You can also use weightlifting gloves to help; however, you will limit gains in your grip strength if you use gloves.

The best course is: eat a part of your food in raw form, like salad and sprouts. 2) avoid junk, fried and spicy foods. 3) eat some seasonal fruits every day. 4) stick to just 3 meals and do not put any thing in your mouth in between except water. 5) keep a check on your body weight. Maintain a bmi of about 25. If your job does not consists of running about you should be very careful about your total food intake. 6) drink lots of water. Your total liquid intake should be around 3 liters. It will include milk and fruit juice but not tea, coffee etc. 7) some home made curd is a good idea.

I had irregular periods. My doctor prescribed Me regestrone for three days. I got my period. During that time I was also given some antibiotics like microdox lbx. My period started on 12th and ended on 18th but I have been having continuous spotting till now (24th). The blood is brownish (kind of like the blood at the end of a period cycle). So far it had been very little but today I experienced a heavier discharge of dark, sludgy blood. My reports show that I didn't have either viral, parasite or fungal infections. Basically infection was "sterile" according to my doctor and therefore she decided to put me on broad spectrum antibiotics. Why am I experiencing this bleeding? How can I stop it? Is this dangerous? My doctor will not give me clear answers over the phone and I'm traveling. Please help me.

Hi,In irregular periods,when the periods get delayed your uterus lining will get thickened.And when you get bleeding it will shed out for longer time.Do an USG scan of pelvis and look for thickness of endometrium.Please restart regesteroneIn once a day and continue for 15days .Then stop it .when you get periods again you can restart RegesteroneIn from 5 th day and continue for 21 days.This will regularise your cycle.If you need a detailed consultation please revert back to me.

Hi. This caused by any type of allergy or it may be hereditary problem. For increase stamina you can use tulsi ras pure and home made with black pepper. Its very iffective. And for best result you have to take some ayurvedic medicines.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For height: Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). I am siva kumar. K from SRIKAKULAM town of andhra pradesh. I am 37 years old, I have a problem that. My both knees are painful in climbing steps etc. Then I consult a good orthopaedician and he gave treatment x. Ray and told that my patella is some type small problem that they are depression that is the problem then he advised to do some exercises. But some times they getting pain why this. You should take Mag phos 12 x - twice daily 4 tablets and additional dose at the time of pain. Secondly wear a knee-cap/crep-bandages if it helps you. Do hot and cold compress alternately till the time you get relief. Be vegetarian and never push too hard for climbing/walking. For further queries get back to me.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Hye, Waking up early in the morning can be tough for most of us. It takes quite a lot of effort to force our bodies out of bed. In such a case it becomes necessary to give ourselves a boost to revitalise our energy levels and kick start the day. Here are a few natural ways to energise yourself in the morning. Get a good stretch when you wake up Take a few minutes to stretch as soon as you wake up. Breathe deeply and stretch every muscle in your body, starting from your toes. This will allow your mind and body to adjust to being awake before you get out of bed. Don’t skip on breakfast We’re often forced to skip morning breakfast because of our hectic schedules but the body needs to revitalise its energy levels. After fasting all through those night hours, your body needs the nutrients to function properly. Skipping breakfast is probably why you feel tired and dull in the morning. If breakfast is going to be delayed start your day with a fruit or nuts. Try aromatherapy Aromatherapy has a number of benefits. You can begin your day by sniffing on some lavender or vanilla to waken up your senses and to keep your mind alert. You can also light a fragrant aggarbatti. hello..1st thing all suppliments have side effects..now you are only 22 year old..so high protein diet is more better than any suppliments.. include dry nuts in your diet,its best for weigh gaining.. drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. maximum intake of fruit juices.. banana is very good for u.you can also take banana shake in evening..

Dear, cancer bp diabetes and hypercholesterolemia all these affect to susceptible person who are more pron to get these type of diseases. so in that if you do modification you can achieve some improvement. but in case of arthritis if you do above changes that helps you a lot.
