Brachial Plexus is a network of nerves that run from the spine passing through the cervicoaxillary canal in the neck into the first rib, and into axilla. From here it innervates the upper limbs and some neck and shoulder muscles. Injury to the brachial plexus affects the cutaneous sensations and movements in the upper limb. Symptoms of injury are restriction in movement of limbs, loss of sensation in the lateral aspect of upper limb and inability to perform full fist position.
