hello firm decision not to wat junk food is myst for that u don't get any medication replace snacks with fruits and juice without sugar fruits no need to cook and early morning methi over night soaked to be eaten

I am studying abroad and my classes are hectic no time to cook so mostly eating snacks and I always have cravings for chocolates I have irregular period 4 month once only I am getting my periods but I couldn't follow my diet or do any exercise I have increased 4 kg in 4 months but I have to decrease 9 kg now. what can I do to decrease my cravings for junk food and decrease weight and how to get my periods regularly.

After 7 days of taking I pill emergency contraceptive I am getting bleeding and vomiting. I know bleeding happens but is vomiting normal (along with nausea dizziness faintish ness which comes n goes not all the time). Hi mam/sir, before 6 months I am in irregular period, but after that I undergone treatment and I revised my regular period so past 3 months I am in regular cycle. Every month 7th day I got my menses, I trying for pregnancy also. I calculated my ovulation and kept intercourse. Last month my period date was 7th june and this month I got my period 3 days before ie 4th july. Usual my menses will be 3 days, like 1st day heavy and 2 nd day less flow and 3nd day stopped. But this month I got 2 to 3 drops of spotting on 4th july. After that no spotting or bleeding, but today I got little more bleeding while I using restroom, so I kept d pad. Now I checked few drops only in pad. Can I get pregnant? Or it's period? Pls clarify me.

Hello Dr. I had unprotected sex on 21 june 2023 and took unwanted 72 within 24 hours ,my periods were due on 2 july 23 and I got them on 3 july 23 but only blood spotting is all I can see and period cramps and other symptoms are normal ,is this period or my body is mimicking periods and if it is true then when will get my periods.
