My grand mother of age 73 suffered from Ovarian cancer stage - 2. As she is very old so we are totally confused if we apply for chemo, then she already have a low Immune , so she can not tolerate . But if we do not treat anything than she will quickly enter into cancer phase - 3. So please suggest in this regard shall we go for a chemo treatment or we will give her some ayurvedic pills. Onemre important thing is after we have found the ovarian phase 2 cancer we have made immediate surgery of entire ovary. Now she is feeling improved health but we are unsure how many days we can keep her safe with out Chemo. Your valuable advice will be highly appreciated.
If patient is not for chemotherapy, just get receptors on blocks er, pr and update. Consult medical oncologist to asses fitness for chemo. Stage 2 has lower incidence of recurrence, get serial ca125 levels and imaging once in 3 months.

30 years old female from Bhubaneswar asked
I'm 30 years old female. I have been experiencing pain in chest which then radiate to shoulders and arms. Mostly the pain radiates to right shoulder and arm. I have also located many painful nodules through out my body and mainly in both of my arms and breasts. I too experience a high heart rate with severe pain in left shoulder radiating towards left palm. I have consulted many doctors regarding my health issues. Some neurologist prescribed gabapentin for the chest and body pain and other general medicine doctor prescribed tramadol. The nodules were examined and they said it as FBD for breast nodules and lipofibrills for nodules present in arms. I have going through this pain for a long period, long as 5 years. Initially CT scans and MRI of my chest was done which were found perfectly normal. Another doctor said that my tonsils might have grown a bit and putting pressure on my spine. And that's why I might feel pain in my back. Now I'm confused as I have no idea what I'm suffering from and this pain is making me unfit for my day to day job. Could you please at least diagnose what I might be suffering from and which particular doctor I should consult.
Better get a biopsy of breast and arm nodule. Wil decide our next step on the report. Its a minor procedure nothing to worry.

My friend had a Nasopharynx cancer Is it curable after chemo and all. What type of cancer it is? Pls give an advice.
Hello dear, nasopharynx cancer has good response to chemoradiotherapy. Based on the extent of disease and histological variant, response varies. If biopsy report is squamous carcinoma, has good reponse to chemoradiotherapy. If report is adenoxarcinima, has poor reponse.
