Snoring is noisy breathing during sleep. It is a common problem across all ages and genders. There are many causes of Snoring like nasal blocks, septum problems, excessive fatigue and heart disease. Symptoms of Snoring are:
• Vibrating, rattling or noises during sleeping

HOW IS SNORING DIAGNOSED?
The ENT specialist will conduct a physical examination, check the symptoms and study the medical history of the patient. The doctor will further examine the nasal tract, mouth, etc. followed by sleep monitoring study.
HOW IS SNORING TREATED?
Snoring devices are provided to such patients along with special pillows. They are advised to sleep on the sides to avoid snoring. Also, certain remedies like having relaxing tea prior to bed, soothing music and similar rejuvenating methods are suggested to reduce the problem of snoring.
