Hi lybrate-user, to reduce weight one and effective way is diet. If you consume healthy diet with proper quantity tht will help you to reduce weight. With high fibr food. Hello your ideal wt should be 60kg. So you need to reduced few kilos only. Dont skips your meals. Add more of fruits and vegetables in your. With whole grain cereals. Avoid fatty food, fried food, junk food etc.

Do some cadio and core exercise. It will help you to reduced fat along with diet is more imp. Add aloe gel in your diet. And green tea. With high fibre containng food.
