What are the home remedies to reduce body heat?

Also, it has enough nutrients that can boost up your energy. They are extremely safe and can be had by all age groups. Drink a glass of tender coconut daily at least twice a day.

  3. Lemon:

    Regular use of lemon can help prevent heat-related illnesses. Lemon is high in vitamin C and can aid in lowering your body temperature. It also hydrates at the same time and oxygenates the body to keep you fresh. Squeeze out a lemon into a glass of water and add a drop of honey to it. Stir well and drink it daily for best results.

  4. Sandal:

    You can also use sandals for keeping the body temperature controlled.

  5. Buttermilk:

    Buttermilk contains probiotics that promote digestion and has a cooling effect in the stomach. Drink a glass of buttermilk post having your meal.

  6. Aloe vera:

    Aloe vera is known for its soothing properties, it helps to reduce body temperature. You can directly apply aloe vera gel on your skin for a cooling effect or you can apply it after keeping It in the refrigerator.

  7. Milk and honey:

    Cold milk containing honey plays a major role in reducing body temperature. It helps to reduce heat generated by the body.

  8. Vitamin C:

    Vitamin C helps to increase the flow of blood and body metabolism. It helps to reduce or to get rid of body heat. You can take fruits and vegetables containing Vitamin C such as oranges, lemons etc.

  9. Sleep adequately:

    Adequate sleep helps the body to maintain the normal temperature.

  10. Pomegranate juice:

    Pomegranate juice works as a temperature regulator. It helps to maintain body temperature. You can drink pomegranate juice twice a day.

  11. Add a lot of fruits and vegetables to your diet:

    fruits and vegetables which are high in water content such as watermelon, cucumber, cauliflower helps in reducing the body heat.
