Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps, dly.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to detoxify yourself.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Hi I understand your concern completely .But first thing that stops us in losing weight is stress so do not take stress. Take it as a task to be accomplished in next 6 months and go for it step wise. Take care of following things 1. Water intake 2 to 3 litres daily 2.sleep for 8 hours 3.eat good breakfast and very light dinner 4.exercise daily for 30 minutes 5.Be active the whole day 6 .No smoking or drinking. I have a desk job. I am putting on several kilos but I want to lose that keep me fit.
It is important that you keep yourself active through out the day inspite of nature of your job. Take stairs instead of lift, get up from desk for water breaks, stretch in between, b aware of your posture while working. These small changes can help you prevent many problems which are caused by long time sitting. Sitting is new smoking .Besides take time to exercise once in a day and eat home made food.

Eliminate all outside food including junk and processed food out of your diet. Avoid eating oily and sugary food items as well. Instead eat healthy home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Hi Crunches, Twist Crunches, Side Crunch, Reverse Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Bicycle Exercise, Lunge Twist, Rolling Plank are best exercises to reduce weight. Regimens 1. Old sali rice, Samvaka, Kodrava, Bajara, Maze (makka), Barley, Green gram (mudga), Kulattha, Pigeon pea (arhara ),Chick pea (chana), Brinjal, Parvala, Drum stick (shigru), Butter milk, Cardamom, Amalaki, Mustard oil, Luke warm water, Food substance with pungent, bitter and astringent taste should be recommended. 2. Freshly harvested sali rice, Wheat, Black gram (udada), Potato, Milk, Curd, Meet, Fish, Clarified butter, Jaggery and intake of water after meal should not be allowed. Useful single formulations in Ayurveda for Obesity 1. Suddha Silajatu (Black Bitumen) 500 mg twice a day with hot water. 2. Vijaysar Kwath (Terminalia tomentosa) 20 ml twice a day with honey. 3. Juice of 2 lemon + 4 tsf honey mixed with 1 glass of water. This drink should be taken in the morning for 50 days. There are so many medicines in Ayurveda to solve your problems. Eat a breakfast that is rich in proteins. Drink plenty of water, at least 3 litres every day. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Also, it is important to stay physically active. Even if you don't get a lot of time, do simple exercises such as- taking stairs instead of lift wherever you go, walking a few steps every hour etc. We are here to guide you. Is your thyroid disorder controlled. If not it can cause weight gain. Start some physical activity like walking/cycling or any form of exercise and avoid junk food and oily foods.

Any food which cause belching blotting constipation or acidity avoid eat to them use se laxative or purgative to enhance liver function avoid excessive eating oily food raw vegetable and some ayurvedic decoction like guduchyadi kwatha can be helpful to you have good day to you.

Diet plays a major part in the endeavor of weight loss, while dieting alone may not fetch the necessary result, it goes a long way in facilitating weight burn. One major misconception that prevails among many individuals is crash dieting. As, it is not the right method for reducing weight and is harmful to the body as well. Losing weight only through diet is a long-term process, and requires a self-disciplined approach to achieve the desired result.

Here is a quick sneak peek at the right dieting approach that one can follow:

  1. Stay hydrated throughout the day: Water by far is the most effective drink that one can have while dieting. It has no carbs, no calories, and very little sodium, making it the best drink to help you shed. Water also has the additional advantage of jumpstarting the metabolic system and enhancing digestion. Perhaps the best advantage of water is that it helps the kidney to effectively filter out the toxic material out of the body. It is recommended that an adult have at least 10-12 glasses of water daily.
  2. Breakfast is super-important: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it provides sufficient energy to the body, it also set up a person for success. Numerous studies have proved that a proper and filling breakfast within one hour of waking up can do wonders, especially when it comes to losing weight. An ideal breakfast should be devoid of processed food, carbs and oil, but should contain all essential mineral required by the body.
  3. Fish-oil supplements: Fish oil supplements extracted from salmon and sardines are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acid and are immensely beneficial. When it comes to breaking down fat cells in the body. Fish-oil supplements can be consumed daily once or twice in a day before the meal.
  4. Consume more vegetables: Leafy green vegetables are a person’s best bet when it comes to weight loss. They are low in calories and have loads of fiber in them. Please do not eat less. Follow this simple formula without compromising on the quantity of food. Follow NLG (No/Low/Go foods) formula. Vit B12 injections are not to get slim, and they are not injected on tummy. They are for B12 deficiency. There are no injection for burning belly fat. You need to correct your food intake and eat more natural foods.

First. Weight is not the concern if you are improving your body composition which means more muscles mass n less of fat. Gym work out improves muscle mass and so weight might not show much difference. Second you shd aim to improve your body composition instead of weight. Working out for 40 min is enough n beyond tht you r only depleting your muscles. Get your exercise routine planned by a trained professional. Mindlessly pumping up iron in gym won't help. Have a proper structure. You can include some protein shakes to facilitate your post work out recovery. In evening instead of biscuits have some dry fruits.

Along with it, also have a fruit for breakfast. Add a salad/ soup to your lunch/ dinner. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
